Horrible day. Saved in betting terms by a bet I placed on Al Boum Photo in January and forgot about!

Sad news about some horses, none less than Sir Eric , horrible incident, heartsinking.

Was one of the best festivals in recent years sad it should end with the controversy over wether Sir Eric should have been allowed to run

Cheers mate, and thanks for doing these. I know they take up time lol. Finished in small profit for the week, Sir Erec probably cost me about £2000 but money isn't that important when the horse sadly has to be put down. Highlight of the week definitely seeing Andrew Gemmell celebrating Paisley Parks win even though hes never seen the horse. Fairytale for him.
