Jeremy Corbyn new Labour leader Lol
Re: Jeremy Corbyn new Labour leader Lol
CasRus, I admire your patience arguing the point with these two commies at the moment I prefer to just bask in the warm glow that the imminent no deal Brexit has given me. Just enjoy it, get out the popcorn and watch the remoaners cry about the injustice of it all between now and Halloween.

Alf, sometimes people are so entranced and set in their ways and whether it's from earlier area brainwashing to support Labour at all costs, which this area has always been, I sometimes wonder if I ever get through in trying to explain, in a reasonable logical manner, why from a common sense standpoint that support just for one entity can be very damaging and if they only removed themselves and open up their own minds to think common sense logic, then they may arrive at a different perspective.
I don't always agree on Tory Policies however on this current situation, there's only one game in town that can move forward and that's BJ/Reece Mogg and his cabinet as otherwise we will be in a state of limbo for years to come.
This nation could be great but I'm afraid there are MPs/Business companies who make millions within the EU who have their own agenda and the Remainers are just a bunch of wusses who haven't got a brave bone in their body to get behind and believe in this nation - and there's the problem !!
I have said it before and I will say it again - The EU will be washed up with massive fallouts coming, Brexit Party blocking tactics and the biggest will be the German Economy now heading south !! Who's going to bail out Greece, Italy, Portugal,Spain then ?? We won't have a pot to p..s in either !!
Time to see the logic Guys !!

Johnson there, with his characteristic confidence in July 2017.

Yes well we do have half a brain more than you to understand and interpret what the people voted for and where BJ is standing up for democracy whereas after watching these past few days where the remainers are claiming prorogue as being anti democratic when the turncoat Labour Party and the remainers are trying every trick in the book to overturn a democratic referendum is totally laughable.Flat Capper wrote:That could apply equally to you and Alfiebabe.CasRus wrote:Alf, sometimes people are so entranced and set in their ways and whether it's from earlier area brainwashing to support Labour at all costs, which this area has always been, I sometimes wonder if I ever get through in trying to explain, in a reasonable logical manner, why from a common sense standpoint that support just for one entity can be very damaging and if they only removed themselves and open up their own minds to think common sense logic, then they may arrive at a different perspective.
You Corbynites also have to look at the cold light of day when your illustrious leader is also urging people onto the streets to block up roads and bridges where he and Mcdonnell are trying to incite a state of anarchy, which just goes to show what you lot are really about in having an attitude to create havoc to civilised society !

CasRus, I would be surprised if you get a response from either of them at the weekend... WF10 will be out causing maximum disruption at a #stopthecoup rally and Fat Crapper will be in the club playing 5’s and 3’s still moaning that Maggie closed all the pits.
Re: Jeremy Corbyn new Labour leader Lol
What are the benefits of a no deal Brexit for people throughout the UK?
In what specific ways would a no deal Brexit improve the everyday lives of people living in: Newry, Glasgow, Newcastle, Liverpool, Hull, Ipswich, Swansea?

Re: Jeremy Corbyn new Labour leader Lol
If I may join in your debate, and I notice there are only about 5 of you, I just want to add I was a Remainer but I am an Democrat and can accept the decision on any vote. Jeremy Corbyn is an anti-European, and anti to anything that is reasonable. I have voted Labour since I was given the chance to vote up until Corbyn appeared. I saw my mate killed (murdered) in Northern Ireland by the so called Provisional IRA. A few months later and what I learnt years later an up and coming politician led a march by the' Provos' and he was an anti Monarchist. How could I support someone who defended murderers . I later was on duty with the UN Peace keeping unit in Lybia and found out a so called socialist was supporting anything to stop peace deals. This person was Corbyn. Sorry guys this bloke is fooling everyone, and will do anything to stop and find a solution to Brexit. He wanted out years ago when everyone wanted in, now he wants to remain because we Democratically voted to leave. But please carry on with your heathly debating, but don't get fooled by either side.
Re: Jeremy Corbyn new Labour leader Lol
Have always voted Labour until recently. They simply do not represent what I believe in anymore.
I find that Corbyn and momentum version of socialism is at best naive and at worst dangerous. God knows what state the country will be in with rounds of uncontrolled spending.

Which of the policies proposed in the 2017 Labour general election manifesto do you disagree with, out of interest?Casmania wrote:Have always voted Labour until recently. They simply do not represent what I believe in anymore.

To be honest like most manifestos, it just rhetoric. It's the complete lack of fiscal policy in how those aims and ideals are to be financed. Anyone, especially an opposition party can say they will change this, do that... etc. What is not said, is how those proposed changes will be funded.WF10 wrote:Which of the policies proposed in the 2017 Labour general election manifesto do you disagree with, out of interest?Casmania wrote:Have always voted Labour until recently. I have lived through nationisation, it was a disaster. One key element is the widening of social involvement - nationalisation in other words.
The Labour Party appear to be anti - business, but it's they who create jobs and wealth.
In addition I am appalled as to the ongoing support given to a number of terrorist organisations.

Labour have changed from honouring the referendum to now saying that they would support remain in the event of a general election.
Quite Honestly it's a lust for power at all costs and they have no concerns about the British People and that is plain dangerous to have Corbyn/McDonnell in charge - even their team (i.e. Dianne Abbott) have no scooby doo about business and wealth creation and would implement nationalisation which was a total disaster last time.
We have dithered about for the past 3 years and when a person like BJ stands up to give a direction in biting the bullet to get this country moving, all the "no belief in Britain" cry babies come back out.
BJ and his team with the likes of Reece Mogg know how to create wealth for this country which would make this a better place - All what Lib Dem and Labour would do is have more a dithering extension , unable to agree with each other and the country would grind to a standstill.

A general election manifesto is essentially a pledge of what a political party will achieve while in office. If they don't carry out, or don't have good reasons as to why their pledge(s) haven't been enacted, they have broken their promises.Casmania wrote:To be honest like most manifestos, it just rhetoric. Have a look at the last Tory manifesto - they're the ones who should be being scrutinised.
I don't see Labour as being 'anti-business' per se, rather 'pro-redistribution'. Is it right, for example, for 20% of the FTSE100 companies not to pay any UK tax?
Is it also right that a lot of these 'jobs' created are on minimum wage (at best) or on zero hours contracts?

apart from a public spending policy that looks like it was devised by Viv Nicholson you mean such as re-nationalisation which alone would cost 100’s of billionsWF10 wrote:Which of the policies proposed in the 2017 Labour general election manifesto do you disagree with, out of interest?Casmania wrote:Have always voted Labour until recently. Or a public spending policy that WOULDN'T be responsible for the death of 130,000.

There's nothing Glorious here !WF10 wrote:Glorious.
We the people democratically elected to Leave and it's going to be a sad day if and when that is either utterly overturned or infliction of years debating and each side voting down any agreement.
What's the alternative if BJ get's voted out ? Years of stalemate and the country going nowhere as nothing would ever be approved as to how to leave and the alternative is to remain as only being the alternative and that's anti democratic !
The whole country looks like being permanently wrecked and I can see the frustrations spilling out onto the streets (which it already has started) and like I've said before, get ready to put your hard hats on !
All because we don't have faith in our own capabilities of going it alone as a self governing sovereign nation - This is a Tragedy unfolding and we all lose !
Some Politicians are abandoning their Article 50 decision and are totally traitorous to the democratic will of the people - Corbyn been anti EU all his life eh and now look at him ! - a Remainer !! All for the Lust for Power ! Speaks volumes !!
A Tory with a heavy leave constituency crossing to the Lib Dems today !!! His constituents must be wanting to string him up and shoot him ! - A Traitor to his people he represents and Like IDC said today, it was people backing a Tory cause and Tory party spending the money to promote him - He should now put himself up for a by election like the rest of them who have changed parties - but would they ??? Not a Chance and that's just plain wrong and that needs changing !
All trust in our politicians have now evaporated and it's become Circus of Horrors !!
No Winners here Guys I'm afraid !
