Re: RELEGATION
For 7 more games yes then if relegated all out of contract? Not totally accurate - players contracts can have clauses removed and added if they so wish - remember Michael Shenton, when we were relegated in 2004 (i think) signing a contract at half time that specifically had a clause to the affect s...

Re: 2022 accounts
One of the items that maybe making up the loss - and i don't know how big this was or even if the timing is correct - could be the repayment of government covid support payments that the club would have taken advantage of.

Re: 2022 accounts
It’s not to do with PLC or Ltd - every company under the Companies act has to have an AGM - where the accounts are distributed and approved, along with resolutions such as the reappointment of an auditor. The problem for a limited company, in terms of the points raised on this, is that an AGM only n...

Re: Stadium
There is no chance that such a major development will be put before the planning committee in either July or August as everyone is away on holiday - the county councils are slow as it is but over summer it will be even worse. Earliest this will be seen is September - assuming the objections from the...

The young full back currently on loan at hull kr looks pretty handy, (can't recall his name), and yaha who has replaced Hall while he has surgery are 2 that I can name off the top of my head

No because minimum wages refers to a salary per hour. These Juniors will not be on an hourly salary and will have additional remuneration by virtue of gym membership and training gear.
It's not ideal but minimum wage requirements were never written with the intention of sports teams

Was lucky enough to have got to the game last night... Was excellent, even if the French referee was a disgrace...
Was somewhat spoiled by the trains back to Leeds all being cancelled...but great for the lads to win both pdrl and wheel chair games

Re: Away kit for 2023
One of my favourite away shirts was an all white shirt that had a dash of purple on it. Think it was a kukri shirt so maybe 2005 when we were playing in the national leagues

Re: [Match Discussion] Catalans on Friday
Thought the referee was terrible. Every drop ball went to catalans... Every penalty was surprisingly a catalan free kick But sod it... If you have to play against 14 players so be it... Thought it was a very solid performance... Really stood up in defense and took all the nonsense out of the game, d...

Re: Tom Grant
We said through out the game how poor he was... Surprised me it took until 77 minute for the red card to come...
I think if it had been a closer match there might have been a few more yellows as I think he lost control of the game in the first half

Re: King Kenny
Remember he only made his nrl debut when he was 24 so only played for 8 full seasons.
By the time his contract expires in 3 years he will have had 11 years as a pro.
That's not huge amounts and he has not had any serious or reaccuring injuries
