Re: Trueman
Maybe truey signed a new deal but then the fans turned on him and he said "flip it, I'm out of here". Wouldn't blame him tbf. If we get 170k for a player most on here would drive to Hull and give him up on a free, we've done well. Looking at other halfbacks, if Fev can find a player who st...

Re: Those were the days
And from the whinos depth of despair they won the grand final. It's not won or lost until you can't mathematically make the playoffs.

Re: England Train On Squad
I'd have Mckmeeken in there showing how good a player he his again this season as one or two thought he would do He seems to be reveling in the prop role with some big carries down the middle and a solid defence. Could he be following the route of Morley and Peacock going from back row to front and...

Some of you may regret what you wish for. I'm no expert on neck fractures but if it's not dealt with appropriately, carefully and accurately, he may never play again. If he's out of contact at the end of the year and he's refusing the covid jab, he's probably not going to get a contract. If rate hi...

Re: [Match Discussion] Hull FC (Home)
Most of us have been shouting all season for Eden to be in the team. When he eventually gets picked, he gets a hat-trick and we win our first match. QED!! Feki & Eden on the wing, Turner & Malmo in the centre, is our best line-up. Forget the two ex-Hull guys, both far to slow. I get in the ...

Re: [Match Discussion] Hull FC (Home)
Don't agree on Olpherts, he's our best right winger and the stats show it. People keep saying fairimo but he does less work and makes more mistakes, nevermind the 2 sin bins and the 2 match ban. However he isn't our best left winger. Eden was good and did his work yesterday but you need to stop touc...

Re: [Match Discussion] Hull FC (Home)
Well after seeing Radford change 3 players because of an injured fullback when Jason Q is available made no sense. I hoped he knew what the was doing but expected very little. Happily I was proved wrong. GoB was outstanding defensively and knows where to be positionally. Macca involved in everything...

Re: Breaking news on sky sports.
It's been mooted for a while. Bringing the governance under one roof is good but the buffoons that run the RFL aren't very good and the game loses money hand over fist. Super League is the only profit making arm. Because of the grand final and challenge cup. I would suggest that one reason they are ...

Re: England Train On Squad
Another poor quality squad. I give you the perennially injured Harry Newman. 22 years old and 36 appearances for Leeds in his career which started in 2017. (Details taken from Wikipedia) He is neither young nor super League tested. But then no Jake Connor, who has won matches on his own and for his ...

I'm going Cas by 1 point. O'Brien drop goal in normal time. Fairimo hat trick . Fonua right centre supplying the passes. One red card, 3 sin bins. Oh and my tipping is awful. Lol. Need a bet on those tips then mate Yep,you gotta love Marts style, you could retire on the payout of all that landing wh...

And yet they give him the job. It was a great call. Vossy is knowledgeable and positive. We rarely hear Aussie commentators take the negative unless it's justified. A try is seen for the good work done and not what the defence did wrong.the machine wrote: ↑26 Feb 2022, 10:40 I said years ago they should have just thrown a blank cheque at Vossy

Re: [Match Discussion] Hull KR Away
i dont go with this Olpherts out, he as three trys already makes more metres than most we'll agree to disagree. he's our high scoring player in a poor performing team, probably about his level bottom SL standard, at best. His three trys wont mask the errors and the meters that he makes(backwards an...
