Re: England squad announced.

Could someone please explain how the hell Reece Lyne gets selected in an international squad??

Also if supposedly selected on form, how is Bateman selected?? Has been worse than average all season.

Re: HKR

Hull KR are the Salford of this season. On paper they are very ordinary, but collectively, as a team they are playing out of their skins.
Aren’t convinced that they can win at Catalans, but didn’t think they would win at Warrington.

Re: This week disciplinary.

Macca's late hit was far worse than Watts last week, total lack of consistency from the disciplinary again.

Re: Wigan up Next

Don’t really get all the negativity about last nights defeat!! As far as I am concerned this was by far the best game of rugby seen this season so far, played between two very evenly matched teams. Either side could have won and neither side would have grounds for complaint. I believe that Wigan won...

That’s two bans he’s had so far this season in what - 6 or 7 games, not good at all.

Johnny Ward

Just seen a post on Facebook that says another of the “Classy Cas” fraternity has passed away - Johnny Ward.

Johnny was a cracking ball handling forward, originally played as a hooker, but moved to No 10 to accommodate Clive Dickenson.

Re: Great Britain Tour

Don't care what anyone says about Hodgson being a great player for Canberra - he is totally abysmal in an international set-up, I've never seen him have a good game, same comment also applies to Widdop, and on the last four showings looks like same for Hastings as well.

Re: fixtures

The club has clearly made a decision to move to Friday nights. Nice to be consulted. Oh we were and the vast majority wanted Sundays. No they haven't but want to have a set amount of days between fixtures helps the body. Otherwise its sometimes 10 days between and others 4. We might as well change ...

I have Massey in my 17...but I would move him back to prop. With the issues with Moors and Millington as well as Clarkson and Maher leaving we may need him there. Jesse Holmes McMeekan Milner Griffin Foster Smith Hepi Can cover back row 3 spots.... Watts Cook Massey Smith Millington Moors Hepi From...

Re: George Griffin

Its Milner that may be surplus if the team if fully fit. Personally I'd put griffen in the left second row position hes played at Salford and have Holmes in the 13 role we play. He defends really strongly when players are coming straight at him and can do big minutes and is not afraid to take the b...

Re: Cas tigers Ladies

Two grounds spring to mind immediately that could have held this game and would have been far more convenient for both clubs - Dewsbury or Doncaster. Bearing in mind that there will probably be less than 5000 in attendance either would have looked less empty on TV than the TW Stadium.

Re: Cas tigers Ladies

Here's a thought for the RFL, why not have a double header at OT? Now the issue there is that ‘thought and RFL’ don’t go together. They don’t think. The same reason our grounds man won't let others play before the first team, to keep the pitch intact. I can't imagine the RFL will want to showcase t...
