Re: 1999 Playoff at Wigan
Thing is if you have a 10m offside then the Ref has to allow the defence to slow down the ptb (against the rules of the game) in order for them to reset themselves. If he didn't then we would have either offside defence and a penalty or retreating defence and carnage pretty much every ptb, Seemingly...

Re: Ronnis gibbs.
I remember him absolutely flying out of the line on the last and the kicker simply and elegantly stepped to one side as Ronnie flew passed.
Honest to God, in one second, Ronnie stopped, turned, accelerated to 30mph and BOOM!!! Kicker looking much less smug than he had just a few moments before.

Re: Meet the Coaches.
Tbh I've never caught anything about the Meet the Coaches evening unless someone mentioned it after the event. If then. I understand the 'if you're too slack to come then don't bother' argument but I also get the 'don't give people an excuse not to' point as well. Will try harder next time but I've ...

Re: Fridays referee
That's the problem with good reffing. You simply don't notice they are there and doing a grand job. Which is odd considering it's the ref we've all payed to watch......

Re: Positives
I thought the effort was great against twp and the two tries were super but the other 79 minutes were dull, dull, dull. This worries me because last season there were extended periods of numbness with ball in hand and I'm hoping cas attempt touse the ball a bit more this time round.

Re: Shenton
Much like last year there is much to be pleased about the effort Cas put in. But Hell Fire that was Boring. That was Dull. Twp offloaded the ball more in one set than Cas did in the entire half. If the team is that limited that it must lose 10 matches to win 11 then fair enough. But is this the case...

Coach stood on the M62. Fancy. Took a flyer from Townville but slower than a 1950's forward in February atm.

Re: Warrington Away - Play offs - Thursday Night
That was a long 80mins but was fantastic being with the noisey fans last night. It seems to me that Rankin goes out there and enjoys himself in a way that the rest of the team don't. Yes he has more space to do his thing but are Cas playing very shallow? From behind the sticks it seemed to me Cas ha...

Yeah. Pity there isn't an arrangement just for the women's team so we could just watch great rugby all the time. (joke you miserable...).

So long as I have a pint or so in the Junky and I catch the Bhiryani Bus at the JoyBang then it works for me. Some options here tbh.

Re: New Ground for Cas or NOT !
I think with 40 plus years in the industry and a load of assets in shops and commercial property I can read the situation.
If parking was free towns would have a chance.
Until that happens the decline continues.
Now we have on line.
It’s my view.

I thought he was an alien. Anyone who sends the ball into a parallel dimension only to appear, having passed through his own body, has access to techniques unknown to this part of the Solar System.
