Re: [Match Discussion] Wakefield up next
I dont think tonight is a given for Cas by any means, these guys are gonna be scrapping for everything now in desperation to stay up, and despite being bottom they still have players that can hurt you. Add to that its a Derby, I think this has all the ingredients of a classic game of RL. Fingers cr...

Re: George griffin.
I can understand an extension but 3 years seems excessive to me, especially following the statement from Radders that he aims to reduce the average age of the squad (pack).

Re: [Match Discussion] Hull on Friday
On the Lawler incident, I'm certain the hooter had sounded so he just remained in the tackle. However, the ref hadn't blown his whistle which is the defined end of the game. Technically, the ref may have been correct but unless the rules are changed to state that if a tackle is taking place at the f...

He went off with another failed HIA last Friday (Hull) which rules him our for this week (Wakey).Derbyshiretiger wrote: ↑26 Jul 2022, 15:44 Isn't GOB back this week? Natural to slot back in at full back. He's had his week off since failing his HIA. Or have I missed something about another injury?

Is Clare fit?
The way Eden has played in the halves over the last 2 games suggests he may stay there until he's no longer required. If Clare isn't available, recall QQ and enjoy the ride...

Re: Olpherts
I appreciate cynicism is easy but I do find it 'strange' that he's playing at a level I don't think I've seen from him before. Playing for a contract (somewhere), happy he's got a new contract (somewhere) or just realised he prefers the left wing, who knows but he's certainly putting in the effort.....

Re: Mamo
Whilst visually it does appear as though Mamo is expressing his own previous brain fart, I can only assume he said something that can only be interpreted as a comment against the ref.
He does strike me as someone who is as leet as a cork!

You have to realise the KR incident didn't involved one of highest profile players in our sport, someone who is also well known outside of sport.

Who knows, he may feel he needs to repay the club that has supported him trough very difficult times and I'd certainly like to see him out on the park running in tries [for Cas] but I do hope we're not pinning our future try scoring hopes on him, not on top dollar anyway.

Re: DP and Warrington
I'm not sure why the coach that brought us our best period of success since the late 60's, early 70's receives so many poor comments but hey ho, he chose his route and must deal with the consequences. He can change clubs around but the Warrington project does look to be taking longer than anticipate...

It could be a case of mind games and Radford will revert to Macca come kick-off!
