I would imagine that is for when he tried to pull the injured Dwyer up to make him play the ball immediately, rather than having a stoppage in play. He probably expected that if the indicent was reviewed at the time he'd have received a card. There's a similarity to what Jamie Acton did to Greg Bird...

A reasonable idea and 2 good points made. Maybe another option to include both would be buying tickets for a selected game so the figures are more accurate and places won’t have to be saved in case of attendance at future games. We can buy tickets for specific games now so maybe keep it that way? A...
