If we sign Milford I’ll be ecstatic. His game is made for SL.

Re: Trueman
I agree mate it's like people who were constantly criticising him were just ignoring the problems he's had with his back Well apparently he’s over his back problems now. So why is he still hit and miss still. Maybe he lost a bit of confidence I don't know what worries me if he goes who we get to re...

Re: Trueman
I just wonder what people expected from Jake after that back injury, its going to take a while to get up to speed especially mentally. If we lose him to FC then in my opinion we have let a good un slip through our fingers and good uns are hard to find good luck Jake lad wherever you end up playing ...

Re: Trueman
I’m glad he’s signed a new deal. Replacing Trueman with Russell would be like replacing an Aston Martin with and Arriva bus. Russell has gone very well this year. Whist he was making a significant contribution to his team's run to the cup final, Jake Trueman was sat on his backside after a very poo...

Re: Trueman
I think one option might be closer to home, more attainable and take up less of the salary cap. Ollie Russell looks like he’s becoming a great half-back, and also a top class goal kicker. Is he under contract? Out of contract at the end of this season, so can be approached by other clubs since May ...

Re: Feki
Two matches one try that’s not bad. Being picky, I think you’re doubling his appearances and giving him a try. He played against Hull FC in the cup in 2020, but that is his only competitive game so far and he didn’t score. It’ll be interesting to see what happens if comes back and plays really well...

Re: Zak Hardaker
If the rumours are true, terminating his contract will not be for a minor discretion. Depends. They know he won’t be staying beyond this year, so if they have a centre lined up and need his space on the salary cap then they could decide to end his contract for a minor indiscretion to allow the, to ...

Re: Half backs.......
Maybe we should have persuaded him to go when Warrington offered us a lot of money I got told before Christmas he was going to sign a new deal at Cas but if he's off to Hull on a bumper deal Hull are taking a risk he's not looked the same player to me since he started with his back problem Maybe Ca...

Re: Half backs.......
Maybe he got sick of what he was reading about himself on forums like this and decided to go to somewhere he was wanted on better money. Or perhaps it’s more winding up by an agent. Firstly, he's a professional athlete. If he performs poorly, he should expect people to express an opinion and be cri...

Re: Half backs.......
Honestly, I don’t think Trueman would be much of a loss. Since 2018, he’s had very few good games. Too often he’s anonymous, especially in tight games. He’s nowhere near the top SL half-back he was supposed to turn into. We need someone who can put in consistently good performances rather than a pl...

His he not free to go anywhere after this season for free. Yes he is Technically he came through our system. So there maybe a fee because we trained him. Technically, he is a club trained player as he was with the club for three years before the age of 21. Just. However (as per the previous post), ...

Re: Trueman
I don’t get why Hull would pay 170k when he can negotiate to move for free in May. They wouldn’t. I understand the theory that it allows Hull to talk to the player before May when others may also speak to him but £170,000 for a chat is perhaps a little optimistic. Depends how keen they are on him. ...

Re: How long????
We are not a billion ££££ Premier League football team. The financial cost of sacking a coach and paying him off would be considerable. I don't know Radders wages but a reasonable guess of his and his assistant coach wages over their contacts period would be 250k ++++. exactly & who would we ge...
