Don't think Carter should be discussing players wages on the Wakefield fans forum easy to fire shots when the other party can't reply
It was Totalrl mate not our forum.

Re: An interesting read-Michael Carter

Agreed with all you say, it feels bad being a specci at times so can’t imagine what it’s like to run/own a club.

Re: Wakefield trinity

Trinity could come under investigation. Why would Michael Carter (who is a shrewd businessman) pay a crooked conman like Hussain 3.15 million for a stadium that is valued at 1.7 million? I’m guessing in desperation, if someone else had come in (again) and bought it under our noses for housing we’d ...

Re: Wakefield trinity

Corrupt councillors well I never... Makes you wonder, doesn’t it? Why would the council be desperate enough to lend Wakefield double its value to buy it from him? They are either corrupt, or stupid. Cynics will say the are corrupt, other will say they are stupid. There isn’t much of a third option....

Re: Salary Cap for 2021 and beyond

Have I missed something here, if you increase the salary cap that enables clubs to spend more of their income on contracts? We’re in the middle of a pandemic, there can’t be any clubs not looking over their shoulders financially, which clubs have enough money in reserve to tide them over this pandem...

But when they’re training they’re back in work, surely the furlough scheme ceases when they are back at work?

Re: I can only see the season void

Got a bit of info today, now I got this from a friend of mine who works with one of the Wakefield players sister and she told my friend that the Trinity players are expected to resume training on 1st June. Might be rubbish but that’s what she was told. The Craig Harrison plan seems to be popular wi...
