Re: New Ground for Cas or NOT !
We keep hearing about plan B, well hears thought, bearing in mind what Fev achieved with the old Scarborough stands, how about having a look at whats happening at Bury FC. As far as I am aware they are in the hands of the receiver and are millions in debt so would be open to sensible offers for any...

Oh well, & I thought we were world leaders. Anyhow the fans participation wasn't a patch on our place after a good win.

Sweet Caroline
Did any one else notice or was it just me? I turned the telly on yesterday evening and watched the last 10 minutes of England ladies RU from Twickenham and after the game finished.....of all the songs, in all the world, they chose to play Sweet Caroline, I wonder where they got that idea?

Re: New Ground for Cas or NOT !
Hi guys, I don't want to sound positive on here because I know that's not the norm, but, 09:00 this morning I got on to the M62 at J 32 to go east bound and there was a white van on the new site near the cabins and 2 guys in hi viz jackets looking and pointing at things. I imagine on a big build lik...

Re: Next years fixtures
The 6 extra fixtures are loop fixtures and the belief/agreed proposal from what I’m aware of is that all the teams in even positions will play all those in odd. However, I’m not sure if Warrington making the Grand Final changes who we were meant to play (by definition Warrington finished 2nd as run...

Next years fixtures
Can anyone enlighten me about the fixture system for next season. According to the RL website all teams will play each other home and away, 22 games, plus magic weekend,23 games, plus 6 "additional fixtures", 29 games in total. I can not find out about these 6 additional fixtures, there do...

Sky remarks
Why does Eddie H and Phil C keep mentioning that Cas have never won more than 2 on the bounce all year yet are still in 3rd. Ive just checked & between 11 Feb till 15 April we won 5 on the trot, lost in the water splash to Warrington then won another 2 in a row. all super league matches.

2019 Season
Season tickets available now (Monday 10 Sep) to pre order at club shops with no price increase. My birthdays coming up and what could be better than 14 matches paid for up front. Think its time to be dropping hints.

Re: Catalan v saints
 I don't think we have enough refs but the Aussie system works. They don't look to strip the ball as a matter of course. Every time I hear "the standard of the league has gone down". It's normally from a Leeds fan when they win nothing. Some teams are to qualify, some are not. Some p...

Re: Saturday Evening Games
For me personally it would be a no as I work Saturdays. I think the biggest factor on last nights game was the two week break and good weather. I guess at the end of the day whenever you play your home games there is always some people who cant get. I worked shifts for 40 years and always missed ab...

Re: Whinos
Its strange but here we are a few weeks off the end of the season and we still don't know what next seasons league structure is going to be. Do you think our illustrious leaders are waiting to see Leeds fate before announcing next years set up? After all they cant be expected to be in the championsh...

Saturday Evening Games
Good attendance last night, over seven and a half thousand, all Cas supporters. Is Saturday evenings the way forward for none televised home games? If that game had been played on Sunday afternoon I doubt we would have had that many in, or was it the Galey effect?

Nice article in this weeks Cas & Pont express about our new director of rugby Jon Wells. But where was this pic taken? Its a recent pic because he has the Cas emblem on his jacket, but rows of blue seats??

HKR away
When the match was called off last Thursday it was announced that Cas & HKR would be speaking to rearrange the game on Monday. Well its Monday now & there's nothing on the Tigers home page. Any one heard anything yet?

Re: Toilets
Hudds you are one of my favourite posters on here, you always talk common sense, but on this issue you are way off the mark, & totally wrong. The toilets should have been pulled down 30 years ago, its not acceptable to have to pee up a wall in 2018. They need pulling down immediately & porta...
