Re: [Match Discussion] Pie Eaters on Thursday
I think it was massive. Without that, Eden scores and we do in at half time 10-12 up. Instead, by the time Fonua comes back it’s 22-6 and game over. Fonua knocked on so would have been called back l wasn't sure if Fonua touched the ball, but if he did how the hell can he be penalised for a late tac...

Re: [Match Discussion] Pie Eaters on Thursday
Doesn't help us now but wonder if the Fonua yellow could be a turning point. Plenty of criticism from fellow professionals on twitter and the sky commentators, particularly McDermott. These incidents will turn people away from the sport and the sooner the RFL realise that the better.

Best team so far just not taken the chances.
Yellow card was a joke.

I think he will do well given time. Thought Holmes had a decent game Friday and Warrington were in the contest for a long time. Saints are on another level though.

Re: Who's Been Tapping Up Qareqare
Something tells me it's Leeds. Jason's younger brother is on their books and he's a Kippax lad. They'll also be looking for a ready made replacement for Briscoe. Can't see it bein Warrington. Powell barely gave him a sniff after his impressive debut against Hull. Played him against Wakey at fullbac...

Re: McLelland announced
A bit of a gamble but one worth taking. His defence will be an improvement on Richardson's and he has not really had a chance at Leeds. The reason he has hardly played is because he has spent most of the season injured. Lets hope he can have a clear run.

Re: [Signing] Alex Sutcliffe confirmed
Really good signing.
Hits really hard in defence and has good pace for a backrowerer. Plenty of Leeds fans think the club have made a mistake not keeping him.
Looking forward to seeing how he goes next season.

Shouldn't every season be a silverware chase? It was our best chance of a trophy and they did everything Possible to win it.

Re: well said DP
Tbf our team is a mix and match team. We are all over the place. Players playing at this level in positions they’ve never played before on a regular basis. It’s a shambles, not much more daryll can do. I’ll be glad when the season is over, hopefully we can sort this full back mess out for 2019. One...

Leefs are short of props. Mullally banned, Singleton and Garbutt injured. Think we will win this one, expecting a reaction to last week.

Would be a good signing imo
Got the ability to beat his man and is solid in defence. Seems his face doesn't fit with McDermott but would have him before Handley.

Mcshane at 7. He can do a great job there. Don't lose much at half back if he plays there imo, it's just that we lose his craft at dummy half.

Re: Hardaker verdict announced
I wouldn’t be surprised if UKAD appealed the ban either. The panel have given him a lesser ban not because of his mental health issues, but because he claims he was drunk at the time he took cocaine. He’d drunk 6-7 pints of lager and shared a litre of vodka and a litre of whisky with a “friend”. He...

Re: Hardaker verdict announced
We either get £150K off Zak or make Wigan pay the same amount for him. Why should Wigan get him free of charge next season? "We" cant. If an employer sacks you they cant dictate who you can and cant work for... We fired him so I do believe his contract is null and void unless someone know...

Walker is injured at Leeds, so in the short term at least Golding is going to be playing.

Re: Zak Hardaker
Glad he has gone. Can understand fans Questioning why not try and get a fee, but the pros and cons of that must have been weighed up. Providing he gets a 2 years ban I'm not worried about any plans he has after that, Wigan or otherwise. It would be the greatest achievement of his career if he stays ...
