Re: Salford Friday
Maybe not ‘famous’ but I think it will be long remembered Agree TT. I've seen many Cas games over the years but last night was right up there in terms of sheer guts, graft & determination. With the squad we have and confidence levels very low, it's the most we can ask at the moment. A fantastic...

Re: Salford Friday
Anybody seen the club's social media post wednesday advertising the game for Thursday ? I get human error n that but jeez 30 odd comments for the club to correct it It was corrected but don't look good It’s not the mistake that’s the problem - it’s the culture created by the people running the show...

Re: Next Home Game Its Leeds Leeds Leeds
I know it’s only Monday but I opened a new bottle of gin at tea time and, I have to say, am now feeling quite bullish about our chances on Thursday…..

Re: Challenge Cup Draw
Wigan at home I’m OK with that as it could have been worse (Saints, Pies, Cats, Wire or KR away….). Fair chance it may be on telly so need to show some pride…. I listened to it on the tranny radio. Typical BBC shoved it right to the end of the programme & initially made it sound like an inconve...

Re: away at Batley
Just happy we’re off the mark and 6 tries to 2 was a lot better than it could have been Exactly. It will do the squad’s confidence no harm. We can now look forward to the old enemy on our patch to kick off the Easter break on Thursday. The sun is out. Off to the pub shortly & then on for a curr...

Re: Sky
Posted this before - a great app that details all RL (inc Aussie games) that is screened across the UK platforms on any given day. https://www.rugbyleagueontv.com/ The coverage of the Challenge Cup this weekend has been incredibly poor - the lowlight being the appalling standard of commentary (by Ed...

Re: 14 Team Super League
its been talked about for a long time. the big clubs as always will not want to cut the cake any thinner Which remains as the the biggest inhibiting factor for the sport in the UK. The fact that a handful of Chairman can hold the game to ransom is why it’s still stuck in the 1970’s in so many aspec...

The draw was unkind to the Championship sides & London.

Re: Challenge Cup Draw
Given where we find ourselves at the moment, what we don’t need is Wigan, Saints or especially Catalans away….
A Championship side or London at home is the only way I can see us having any chance of reaching the QFs….
