Re: Ryan hall

Doesn't sound like there is much left but must be some as Richardson won't be on the same as Gale (and we have only signed him since Gale deal was made).

Saw Ellis to Leigh rumour today which would free a bit more up too.

Re: Richardson confirmed

Feki looks to play primarily left. Bit of a quandry really as most teams attack more to the left, so you want a strong right edge defence. I'd say our strongest defensive edge would be Feki Blair Mcmeeken/Griffin Trueman Our strongest attacking edge option imo is Feki Shenton Mcmeeken/Lafao Richards...

Re: Richardson confirmed

Take a lot more than Richardson to take us back to the standard we achieved in 2017. not only have we lost our man of steel in Gale but runner up also in Hardaker, a running stand off in Roberts and a quality centre in Webster, plus our top forwards back then are now in the twilight of their playin...

Re: Richardson confirmed

Like this signing. I note his own comments that he is a good talker who can steer the ship, sounds like he knows the job he needs to do at Cas and we have the coaches to help him develop into it. Exciting partnership. Starting to look forward to next year. Personally I just hope we can get shut of a...

Mcshane is surely interesting them based on cap exemption allowance alone.
Doubt his wages would be high enough to use one of the marque allowances even as club trained (I'd guess Merrin, Gale and Hurrell would all be bigger savings).

Re: Isn’t it marvellous..

I don't mind the look of our squad for next year to be honest. I think we have done s reasonable job of restructuring our backs from how we started last year. FB Rankin > Matuiti (as a full back) W Feki > Claire C Blair > Minikin C Shenton W Eden HB Trueman (a year older and experienced) HB Richard...

Re: Attendance trends

I drive past a sign advertising the 2017 season most days. To be fair it's a good picture, a bit of thought seemed to go into marketing that year (a lot more than has since) It shouldn't be there still advertising a game from too years ago though. My daily draw subscription expired back in 2018 not ...

Re: Kyle Wood

Not sure about him replacing Mcshane but I'd be happy with him to compliment Mcshane.

Great player to bring off the bench to make an impact and stop Mcshane looking as tired and jaded as he has this year.

Peanut signed for York by sounds of it as well.
Surely not?

Guessing we are lining something decent up if so.

Been a good squad player for us, he’ll need replacing. Providing that is with an upgrade then fair enough.
Not like for like though.

Griffin is a better back rower. Hepi can play there and Foster should be back.

Backrowers are the least of our priorities imo.

Re: TIGERS SIGN GALES REPLACEMENT

I would be using a chunk of that cash to prize Evalds from Salford. I personally think we need another big 'Moores' type player to replace Junior if he decides he's had enough. I think Evalds would cost more than a chunk of the cash we have left after the Richardson fee. He's a quality full back in...

Re: Gale

Assuming Rankin is staying id rather use the money on a quality fullback. Rankin would then be half/full back cover. Do we really want to use a quota spot on a cover player though? Could be on two depending on where matautia fits into the lineup Probably not but i think Rankin is a done deal for ne...
