Re: 2021

I suspect if he was prepared to walk and wanted to, we wouldn't argue about shaking hands.

Re: Anthony gelling set to leave Warrington.

I liked him when we were linked before and still do *Playing wise*

He's got some daft in him and I make no judgement for what he may or may not have done in his own life - but he is a character in the game.

Re: Grand Final

I was having a debate with a mate late doors last night, granted I was no longer thirsty by that point...... but a DG has to hit the ground, then go over, the miss from Makinson appeared to fall short and bounce over. Do the written laws of the game legislate for that? The number of times the ball m...

Re: Hull FC new Coach in Waiting

Feel a bit for Andy Last. Dropped into the hot seat just before lockdown, came through an internal mini Covid outbreak and managed to get Hull one game from the Grand Final. I am not rushing to "feel for him" I guess it depends if he wanted the job or, if he combines a full time job with a life awa...

Re: Cas & Wakefield combined SL-era best XIII

This is all things that I dislike about have a go Journo's - I have been lucky enough over my career to work in broadcast, written and radio and ALWAYS fancied myself that I could do better but learned very quickly it is a skill and actually for what my opinion is worth, this piece is awful. It is "...

Re: Bailey hodgson.

Concur with Tigerfeat, NRL is rich enough to let people play at junior levels for enough time to realise their potential, in the UK there is little flexibility for that.

Look at Darren Nicholls @ 28.

Great game, really enjoyed it.
Am I right in saying all the players on show are Aus eligible - good grief!

Re: Man of steel

I think part of the problem for Macca as mentioned is the season overall was good, but since lockdown less so and his good work isn't always eye catching - unlike Bevan French, who I think is eye catching.

Completely agree as well, Maloney has been great for them, but they've been up and down.

That dear friends is the nub of the argument - nottinghamtiger wrote: "how can a video referee see an offence that is later graded at F and think it’s not worth a red card? Re: Joel Tomkins

In days gone by a player trying to drag a injured bloke to his feet would have been knocked out quickly by a couple of his team mates Still amazes me that hicks in the video box could see nothing wrong with what happened Sadly, I think, times have changed. Grubs like McIllorum, Connor, Smithies and...

Re: Toronto out who will replace them ?

It is an easy answer to lash out at something else wrong, than accept the problems as they are. I would accept the fact he has been without his primary income for many months, little chance of the main job he had ever coming back and he's hurt by that. That being said, I can only think of 2 or 3 oth...

Could be a rare thing in sport, allowing Luke Robinson the respect of the season being completely over?

Re: Toronto out who will replace them ?

Feels destined to fail or being guaranteed to be time limited on the basis that financially they'll be constrained. I don't think anyone can succeed in the criteria of - you have less money, you have less time to plan, you may or may not have fans, there is a pandemic and travel will almost certainl...

Re: Play Offs

Have to say, watched in passing with some disinterest, but last night genuinely seemed to come down to who wanted it more. Warrington had the stars of course, but Hull just got over them.

Odd to say that in a game in the playoffs.
