Re: AGM

I suggested at the AGM that we find some investors to repay the Fulton loan and Ian would not hear of it. Maybe at that stage he thought ownership of the club may be worth having if the new ground came off. Our options at that stage were to Re finance the club by repaying the loans. Clearly we would...

Re: AGM

lets go back a stage. There were 60,000 issued shares and Fultons and Richard W had 12000 each. the rest were split. At the time of the loans being granted they were secured with a charge on the ground. In my opinion that was enough. If anyone wants to read the minutes from previous AGMS I asked mul...

Re: AGM

Lofthouse Its a shocking move by the BOD. One that will be challenged by me. The club must have an AGM As the articles state as much. Mr Fulton and Co are ignoring shareholders. This will not be good for the club. Happy new year everyone Robbo As a shareholder, I agree wholeheartedly that not havin...

Re: AGM

It's a nice sentiment but how many successful sporting clubs are owned by fans or community groups? Reality is that community groups are good to a certain level but after that you need someone to foot the bills and put in the cash and most fans cannot and will not do that when the going gets tough,...

Re: AGM

Robbo mate you had the chance to sell your shares you were offered the going rate to buy you out, and at the last minute you pulled out, somewhere on this site it's all their in black and white, if I had the money I would buy the Fultons out. I'd even buy Wrights shares, but I don't, Why don't you ...

Re: AGM

Cas junction There has always been an AGM and the thread started by asking if one had been called. The club was owned by shareholders since its inception. Due to no fault of shareholders it now seems we are an no longer to be part of that ownership. Were holders bought out? No Were holders given a c...

Re: AGM

Does anyone really think a new retail park will open there?
Retail as you will see (post Christmas ) in the traditional way is in serious decline.
Funding will never be found to build retail as we stand.
Bad timing again but the cycle is against us.
Let’s hope there is a plan B

Re: AGM

I understand there is a valid reason why the AGM has not been called.
Under the circumstances I am happy that it’s delayed further.
However there should be one at some point in the future.

Re: AGM

Some good posts there. I am not sure the interest is 160 k a year and again without an AGM we cannot ask the question. The accounts shared ( not been sent them yet ) are the filed copy with little detail. Offence has been taken to me calling an EGM and that’s why he issued a controlling stake. At th...

Re: AGM

Do you want to tell Ian Fulton that Hudds? The debt and shares are only his due to his father. IF hasn’t invested a penny in the club yet holds it to ransom and is slowly killing it.l and taking interest on top of interest from the club. How many other sports clubs do this Hudds? If this new stadiu...

Re: AGM

Cas mania The articles of the club say that there shall be an annual AGM These have not been changed. The fact that the Fulton’s voted to give them full control is morally questionable . They have not bought these shares and I think it’s wrong they should hold voting rights. The debt accruing intere...
