Re: AGM

I understand there is a valid reason why the AGM has not been called.
Under the circumstances I am happy that it’s delayed further.
However there should be one at some point in the future.

Re: AGM

Some good posts there. I am not sure the interest is 160 k a year and again without an AGM we cannot ask the question. The accounts shared ( not been sent them yet ) are the filed copy with little detail. Offence has been taken to me calling an EGM and that’s why he issued a controlling stake. At th...

Re: AGM

Do you want to tell Ian Fulton that Hudds? The debt and shares are only his due to his father. IF hasn’t invested a penny in the club yet holds it to ransom and is slowly killing it.l and taking interest on top of interest from the club. How many other sports clubs do this Hudds? If this new stadiu...

Hudd
It’s not about a return but rather a voice.

Re: AGM

Cas mania The articles of the club say that there shall be an annual AGM These have not been changed. The fact that the Fulton’s voted to give them full control is morally questionable . They have not bought these shares and I think it’s wrong they should hold voting rights. The debt accruing intere...

Re: AGM

My source and I got this mixed up.
There has been no letter so an AGM looks unlikely

I am afraid it’s the thin end of the wedge .
Ignoring the articles and not giving shareholders a meeting is frankly not on.
Will shareholders challenge this?

Re: AGM

I am told that the club is sending the notice out today. 14 days to be given so be rather interesting to see when its going to be. Its the club articles that require one..........however frankly as we are discussing the period December 2017 to November 2018 there seems little point. We have finished...

Re: AGM

I was asking a question if anyone had heard anything.

I have had nothing but its happened in the past that letters have gone missing.

Today is the 5th and 14 days notice is given which means its pretty tight for Christmas.

AGM

Dare I ask if Shareholders may be invited to discuss the season BEFORE last season ? They can do away with the voting but whilst most cannot remember the season BEFORE the last one it goes to show just what an annoyance it is having a shareholder meeting. I am sure there are shareholders who remembe...

Re: foot stamping time

Vinne I have my ticket for next year.Never miss. I am content in letting the BOD run the club how they see fit. There is no shareholder voice now but I have got over it. I go when I can but agree Sky make going to matches difficult by switching dates. That said they are the pay masters. Good to see ...

Re: Burn out?

Start at the top and it’s simply not good enough. The Fulton’s have effectively removed shareholders from the process of discussion and debate. In effect they are accountable to no one. Like any good business you need good governance and I have complained for years that it’s not right. Pretty sure w...
