Re: Gareth O brien
Is he any better than what we already have. Not for me he’s a bit better than steady but I still wouldn’t see him in our starting 13

Re: Les Catalans
Nothing to settle it’s my opinion based on my years of watching, playing and coaching which I stand by. It’s Not the first time fumper as attacked another posters opinion because it doesn’t match there opinion and I’m sure I won’t be the last, water off a ducks back and all that. Anyhow the games go...

Re: Squad for 2021
Smith come out and says he loves it at leeds and is hoping for a new deal there Cam as always said he’s happy at Leeds. I believe he’s had the chance to come to cas numerous times over the years but as always stayed true to Leeds. Obviously let’s think who his agent is and how he’s excellent of pla...

Re: New Ground for Cas or NOT !
We are where we are. Hopefully we have a plan B my main concern isn’t the ground as such but will the clubs owner pull the plug if the promise of a shiny new stadium doesn’t come to fruition.
His shares will be pretty much worthless without the new stadium.
Rocky road ahead

Re: Les Catalans
90% of games are won and lost in the first few minutes That’s BS. No game has ever been won in the first few minutes. You can always settle your differences on the in play markets gents, though I think you'll both be taking a short cut to the poor house if you think either of those statistics are fa...

Re: Les Catalans
Tbh it’s becoming a fixture like saints away for whatever reason we just don’t show our form. Catalan have some outstanding players and when they click they are a very good side. I can’t really comment on the performance as I wasn’t there but going from DPs post match interview we were slow out of t...

Not that it matters but it was Leeds-Bradford but yes they flew in and out the same day.Altofts tiger25 wrote: ↑16 Feb 2020, 07:51 Yes they flew out from newcastle in 2017 and plane was delayed. They did not get to perpignan until 3 hours before kick off. There was problems with plane and had to wait for replacement.

Having been several times I’d take what the supporters say with a pinch of salt given the state most of them get inHuddsTigers wrote: ↑15 Feb 2020, 18:48 Those at the game are saying that we are getting hammered by the ref, who is giving everything to Catalans. Pens for blatant knock ons etc.

Re: reserves
Two very inexperienced teams. Not surprising really given our injuries.a few 16 year olds playing and 2/3 keighley reserves. Hopefully the team can do better over the year but to put it into context the same Widnes team were beaten 10-58 by Wigan the previous week. I’m not sure pitching this kind of...

Re: Olpherts
I thought Olpherts would be battling with James Clare for a spot behind Eden and Feki, but so far (and it’s early days) he looks like he deserves his place in the first team. Will be interesting to see what happens when we have Eden, Feki and Olpherts all fit. But competition for places is a good t...

First time in 5 years I’m not going. Was talking to a mate last night that is going and stopping in lloret he said there was only 1 coach which as around 30 booked on for the game. I think there will be a few staying in Perpignan but this time of year you will need to be wrapped up.

Re: TODAYS WIN
Can’t knock that at all. 1-17 great effort and some real gritty defence. Nice to see a half back that knew exactly what the team needed and gave us some breathing space when required.
Hopefully no more injuries so we can build week on week.

he Has a job to do and I guess he’s great if he plays for you but disliked by the rest.
There’s countless players that have tread a thin line that supporters love to hate but one thing that links them all is nobody dislikes a bad player.

The lads 19. a bit unfair tbh. I thought last year in the 19s he showed a vast improvement taking the ball forward but he has work to do in defence.
I believe both peachy and Sam hall are on the bench

Is Shenton out? Not seen anything. If not I'd probably go Rankin Olpherts Storey Shenton Claire Trueman Richardson Watts Mcshane Millo Holmes Blair Massey O Neil Smith Peachey Moors/Turner If Shenton and Moors back put Blair to the centre, start Peachey with Moors to interchange. If Shenton is out ...

Given our injuries I imagine DP is spitting feathers at losing a player needlessly through stupidity when the game was won. It’s looking a very costly error now.
