If I remember rightly, Owen came through the ranks as an out and out full back. Surely after a couple of seasons conditioning him to play on the wing, you can't expect him to drop back into his natural position of full back and play as if he's been there all the time. He needs some time and guidance...

I think i remember him playing against us in the under21's for Salford, a couple of seasons ago...we hammered them that night after they had a good start. The reason it sticks in my mind was that i spoke to his dad in the car park after the game.
