Re: Half back
I reckon Eden will play fb in reserves Should Trueman or Richardson get Injured / dropped, rankin plays half and Eden is an option to come in at fb. Not sure I’ve seen Eden play well at fb but I know that’s always been his preferred position. Maybe a regular spell there in reserves will help his dev...

Re: St Helens vs Cas (now on Sky)
Saints will go all out to win this one. It is when get lls presented. They won’t want to be given that on the back of a loss.

Rangi Chase magic
Just been watching highlights videos of some Chase magic. Was looking for a particular try though that I definitely remember seeing on telly but can’t seem to find. Rangi dummied one way then did a no-look pass over his shoulder to Richie Owen (I think) who scored under sticks. Anyone remember who i...

Re: Clarkson
I think Powell might be being smart here and giving himself options - Agree. Not blown away by this as a potential signing but with Holmes injured, Clarkson adds competition for second row slot whilst also freeing up foster for centre. Extra incentive for minikin to perform and therefore for Clare....

Re: Callum McClelland
Surely coming in as a reserve grade half. Can imagine we might let Aston go (I kind of saw him as a replacement for McClelland when we signed him - a project In the halves) I know McClelland was well thought of before he left and, by the sounds of it at time, Cas wanted to hang on to him. Exciting f...

Its quite interesting is this situation at Leigh, i cant imagine that Toulouse, Toronto and the other 2 who finish in the top 4 of the championship will be very happy about the bottom 4 super league teams strengthening from Leigh's demise, its as though Beaumont is saying, well we cant get into sup...

Re: Salford
I always park up near Liverpool Road. Basically, come off m60 at junction 11 and drive away from ground. There’s loads of residential streets round there without any parking restrictions. I’ve always parked just round corner from a pub called The Grapes. Postcode is M30 7HD Will probably take 10 - 1...

Re: Best and worst......
Imagine someone telling you in 2012 that you would beat leeds at Elland Road and you would be disappointed.
Wins a win. Even better that we beat them and we clearly aren't at our best. EVEN better that they scored more tries than us and we still beat them.

Yeah not too bothered. Had we signed him in close season everyone would have been up in arms at lack of ambition when replacing Zak.
I think club was right to look into it but clearly price wasn't right.

Re: hull next saturday
Hull were a better team than cas last year. They outplayed us every time we faced them. They just weren't consistent against other teams like we were.
I don't think that's changed really. It will take a phenomenal effort to beat them on Saturday. Just like last year.

England is a part time job though, isn't it?
