Just read that.
So if the council give us the green light on the 14th, when are we expected to see some actual work being done on site.
It says it will take 2.5 years to complete.

Think that’s for the whole site OCL. I believe that the ground will be built first.

Its fake news, isn't it? Or at what point do we think it's real?

Why? That article doesn’t appear to be saying anything that Hudds hasn’t & all he got was abuse (not necessarily from you).

the article says by my reading that subject to wmdc passing then things should start.
Either the company building is bull xxxxxxx or this is progress.

I am guessing the article is based on the last press release.

Its a move forward.

There is nothing new in that article that we didn’t already know. Getting the planning passed will be a boost but until those other retail units are signed and sealed nothing will start. Once the contracts are in place the project will finally commence, til then we wait. It really is as simple as that.

And it means nothing until Phases 1 and 2a pertaining to the highways and landscaping are approved too.

There’s no determination date for that yet, so let’s hope that gets sorted too ASAP.

Strange that one 'cos he's not the biggest fan of Cas and strikes me as a man who'd argue against Glasshoughton in favour of a single facility for both Cas and Pussies!

I’ve literally posted what was said above.

And no, there wasn’t any Axiom guy there. Just the Directors and off field staff.
