Right at the bookies I'm struggling to get some decent bets down on Wakey to finish above Cas. I'm opening a book and I'm willing to offer even money that we will finish above Cas. I'm willing to trust a 3rd party to hold the money. I've managed to get a decent amount down with a few Whinos that we will finish above them. The question is do you have the same belief Cas Fans? It's all good giving it large on the Forums but now the time for talking is over?

Your money will be help by a reputable Nigerian third party, there is nothing to worry about.

No doubt Chris Chester as done very well on the recruiting side on a limited budget, and once again they should get into the top eight, but as far as overtaking Yorkshires Premier club that is CAS TIGERS just ask the bookies

Cas
Wakey
Leeds
Huddersfield
KR
FC

That's how I see the Yorkshire teams finishing highest in the league.

A question to all Wakefield fans open & hidden on this forum ;) ...

What would you choose in 2019?, a league double over us and finish 1 place above us in the league.

Or we win the league fixtures, finish 1 place above you....but you make the Challenge Cup final....well?

Hmmmm, probably the second option if pushed.......And get our one and only win this season at Wembley. :)

I think you could be a good bet for a Wembley visit this season. But i think you have some fans who would take option 1 all day long!

Raj Poot Wildcat wrote:Interesting dynamics at play this year. I doubt you'll be surprised to find that I think we might just edge it this year. I think our strength in depth is as good as it's ever been in the SL era. I must say I'm a little surprised to see that you've not strengthened this year especially with Gales injury.

FB Peter Mata'utia/Roberts(Injured?) v Jowitt/Hamps/Reynolds

A close one but I expect Jowitt to be the real deal this season.

Outside Backs. It's well documented that this is by far our strongest part of our game the speed and skill is as good any as team in SL and would probably grace any NRL team. The pundits consensus is no debate.

Half backs. With Gales injury I expect us to edge it although I think Mcshane was awesome last season, I hope we keep the ever impressive Hampshire/Miller combo.

Front Row. Show me any of the Cas front row that would get in our team with exception of Millington? Fifita the best prop in the league, Pauli Pauli got better every game. What impressed me is our shear strength in depth in this department we've added .

Back Row. Probably a score draw but with several players can transition from our deep squad-ed front row into back row should help us edge it.

Number 9. Wood/Randell v who? Surly Mcshane will move to the halfs. Milners filled out to a to back rower now so I'm struggling to see what specialists you have in this position.

It'll be interesting to hear what you guys think of our squad and how we match up. Looking to get some decent bets down this season for us finish above you.

Regards Raj.
Lol. Looks like you struggling to 'match up with London never mind Cas.

Looks like that "Monster" pack might not be the animal a few Wakey fans thought it would be.

Sounds like there has been issues with Fireworks, seats being torn out and abusing match officials. Looks like Mr Carter will be having to put his hand in his pocket on the behalf of some idiots!!!

Come on Rice N Spice where are you? We know you didn't go down. Explain to me again how Liam Watts wouldn't get in the Wakey line up. I reckon Wattsy could play stand off for your lot tbh

I really don't care how Wakey get on this year but I can't stand their cocky fans. So glad they got pummeled.
