Get McMeeken to lose half a stone in the off season and he can be the new right centre. Spends most of his time on that side of the field anyway :-"

Id love to have us sign a top class winger and a top class centre but lets face it, its not guna happen.

If Wardle plays on left centre then Eden wont be scoring many tries.

Minikin all the way for me.

If thats best we can muster up then the recruitment and retention policy needs a serious review.

There will be no way we finish top 5 starting with them 5

In fact im starting to think it is. Literally nobody seems to have any bit of info on signings making me think there is none.

I’m starting to think there’s no one coming we are literally only needing 1/2 decent outside backs centre and a bit of luck and consultancy from winning something and potentially becoming a dominant force

The more i look at this the more worried i get. There is no size, power or pace (eden excluded for pace)

Deffo no power or go forward in our back line maybe Mata’Utia at a push for power id even say Salford’s back line will be equal to ours if not better as will Catalans too

Let's face it we have far too many second rowers, reckon Powell will be using a couple as make shift centres if we bring no one in. Let's face it he's not a daft bloke his he, must have something up his sleeve.

The people who sit on the bench everyday outside Carlton lanes signing up for there season tickets deserve better than having to make do with back rowers playing centre
Powell I regard as being one of the best coaches around but he made a monumental brain f..t last year thinking Ben Roberts was a good option for full-back he will.be making another if he intends to go into next season with the back line we have now
The measure of who we are is what we do with what we have

Roberts is a half not a fullback or centre hope we don’t try him as a centre option full time we need an actual centre

Or maybe the club are keeping their cards close to their chest and letting fans get on with having their meltdowns online?

I would go

Mata’utia
Minikin
Foster(destroyed Leeds when he played there)
Shenton
Eden

Then turner can cover fb so Mata’uia can cover centre and Clare can cover wing and egodo can cover wing centre as can Gill
