Re: Junior Vai Vai
The way VaiVai is playing other clubs will be in for him. He has fantastic footwork for a big fella.

Re: Junior Vai Vai
I thought quinlan was very good today and it just shows how important a good running full back is to a team.

Did he only sign for a season at HKR, with the big signings they are planning I would be surprised if Junior wanted to leave.Mysterio wrote:Have we got him? Anyone ??

Re: Junior Vai Vai
He signed a one-year deal, but Hull KR have an option to extend it by a year automatically if he plays so many games (20 I think). Sheens has already said he’s staying next year and they are talking to him about a contract beyond 2019.Sharlotiger wrote:Did he only sign for a season at HKR, with the big signings they are planning I would be surprised if Junior wanted to leave.Mysterio wrote:Have we got him? I guess he can talk to other clubs before Hull KR activate their option on his contract but they do have first option on him.

Re: Junior Vai Vai
Hull KR have a clause to activate another year and are looking to sit down with him to discuss an extended deal on top of that - Hull Daily Mail.
Think we can add this to the not happening pile.

no abbey, no Wardle, no vaivai, no mamo, no Williame.. we've either tried for them all and missed out or it's all been hot air from the media. Does make you wonder who else you we are genuinely talking too.

Often agents are just using other clubs to squeeze more money from their current club to resign them.Casmoley wrote:HuddsTigers wrote:Hull KR have a clause to activate another year and are looking to sit down with him to discuss an extended deal on top of that - Hull Daily Mail.

Let’s wait and see. Given Hitchcox isn’t staying due to the quota, we must have pretty serious interest in overseas players.

Re: Junior Vai Vai
Would be interesting you see what we offered if anything at all.HuddsTigers wrote:Another one out the window then.
A 2 year deal at annual strugglers, where he may be released at the end of the year if they get relegated. A place of uncertainty.
I appreciate kr held a one year option on him which would have meant a fee, I wonder if that was the sticking point or whether it was all bull.
Re: Junior Vai Vai
Other than someone posting they THINK they saw vai vai talking to dp in services what other info did we have that we was even in talks with him?
