aussie games next year...

Post by tiger-tomo » 23 Oct 2006, 14:55

will not be shown on sky !

because of lack of interest but i know that most on here watch the games , i know i do . and i'm pretty sure that any real rugby league fan that has sky watches them from time to time .

this is a shame and i wonder what they are going to show instead , possibly aerobics oz style perhaps .

Nice to see Sky looks after its subscribers. Ever week I see more dross channels turning up and while I appreciate they probably don't cost Sky anything, it does show they are happy to cater to the obscure.

No idea of the cost of live NRL games, but I'll not be getting a Setanta subscription so sadly, short of moving to Oz, I'll never see any of it again.

Lost is a waste of time Matt, there must be better things to do with your life than watch an other series where they find an other hole / tunnel / trap door!

who knows , we may be on sky a few times next year as with no nrl games on they may have a sunday game on as well as two superleague games on friday and saturday . would be good if they did but i will miss watching the nrl , also would like to see nutley in action next year but unfortunately , unless i somehow stumble across a valid plain ticket to sidney i will find it hard . :(

You cant beat seing the best players on earth playing the TGG and to take NRL off our screens will mean depriving us doing just that. I love my rugby from OZ on saturday and sunday morning......what on earth are SKY thinking of..

I would rather watch the likes of Brisbane and Melbourne than Batley and Featherstone any day of the week. :)

Carlsberg don't do Soldiers, but if they did, they would probably be Brits.
