If Jamie Acton gets a long ban, e.g.: - 12 months plus, perhaps he could retire from Rugby League and sign a union contract.

I know of a Rugby Union Club, not too far from Leigh that could be interested, and there would be no support from the RL to stop it

But I doubt whether a RU club from near Leigh has knocked on Acton's door offering to double his salary now that Leigh have made him into one of the world's top players, if only he could find a way to escape his current contract. He could say he's depressed after picking up yet another ban!

I don't rate him. No loss for the sport. His actions were disgraceful.
