Set to sign for Salford on a 1 month loan deal. Beginning of the end for Ellis?

Re: Jamie Ellis
With no disrespect directly to Jamie i'd argue he's been the biggest waste of our salary cap since Brent Sherwin, Salford should be good for him though.
Re: Jamie Ellis
Is this you trying to break you’re 100% failure rate by posting something that has already been mentioned on at least two other threads? Back on topic, no big loss if he goes. Don’t know why he came back to begin with.Spy in the stands wrote:Set to sign for Salford on a 1 month loan deal. Beginning of the end for Ellis?
Re: Jamie Ellis
Don't know why Salford or any other super league club would want him

Perhaps he's going there to replace Hastings in a swap deal..?

Re: Jamie Ellis
Swapped with Olpherts apparently. No chance would they swap Hastings for Ellis unless we throw in £150k as well.Flat Capper wrote:Perhaps he's going there to replace Hastings in a swap deal..?

Re: Jamie Ellis
100%. I've heard another club interested in Ellis as well as few Championship teams. Hastings is currently in between a bidding war between Leeds and Wigan so will definitely be gone in 2020.Flat Capper wrote:Perhaps he's going there to replace Hastings in a swap deal..?

Re: Jamie Ellis
Rankin is better due to his versatility, he can cover anywhere in the back line.North Leeds Tiger wrote:Is Ellis better than Rankin though ?

Re: Jamie Ellis
Had Ellis not been injured he would of played every game this year imo with Trueman. Rankin wouldn't even be here

Re: Jamie Ellis
Had we not lost a game, we’d be top of the league!!!! Injuries are part of the game that open the door for others to stake their claim. Yes, had Ellis been for he would’ve played more but he was and hasn’t. No good loving life in hindsight and what ifsjackknife wrote:Had Ellis not been injured he would of played every game this year imo with Trueman. Rankin wouldn't even be here
Re: Jamie Ellis
Correct Fumper27 my point was Ellis has turned out a wasted signing because of his injuries not his ability which is just bad look.
