A significant part of that case was evidence/testimony given by Wigan employees. Fact.

I mean when it comes to facts, your own aren’t that great.

Hardaker signed for Wigan in May 2018. His sacking was confirmed in February 2018, which was 3 months before. Even taking October as the start, that’s still only 7 months.

Aside from Mark Bitcon and Chris Brookes giving evidence for him you mean.

Chris Brookes who is Wigan’s Medical Director https://www.wiganwarriors.com/teams/coa ... is-brookes

And Mark Bitcon who has just left Wigan for Man City: https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.wigant ... 445521/amp

Not sure why people need to feel they have to score points.
Zak as GONE, does it matter anymore, when he was sacked, who represented him, who his doctor is who his lawyer was.
Zak will not be back at cas any time soon.

Cheers Hudds this was my point. If we had kept him, would these have been part of the significant defence? That was my question.

As was reported on a rumour thread two months or so ago a guy that posts on Wigan forum who seems to know the time of day said he was sure he would be at cas next season
We will have to wait and see if he was right or not

Hes been coming back ever since he left.

Cannot see it happening. Hes tied into a long deal with Wigan. Coming into some form now. Seems settled. Plus it would cost ££££ something I dont think we are flash with.

The wage he is on at Wigan will be the biggest stumbling block. We wouldn't match it, And would need a fair earner to leave to get him.

He is the missing piece of the jigsaw next season though.

Rankin/Wardle wage + Ellis's wage probably would be far off.
