Re: Hardaker
He’s advertising the cleaners we set him up with now. Maybe reality set in he won’t be playing in the foreseeable future.

Based on what facts?Dazzyb wrote:Slag the kid off but I expect he will be back as Cas
Re: Hardaker
Maybe we have retained his playing registration for the length of time of the contract as we are untitled to do and if nobody buys his registration he can only play for us for the 4 years that he signed for.
Re: Hardaker
While I’m no angel, no one is, I’ve said my piece on Zak and his biblically stupid habit with the Colombian marching powder. I also recognise that Zak is a phenomenal on field talent. Apparently the pie eaters have cooled their interest due to the severity of the offence but Toronto ‘quick sign him’ wolf pack are the favs to land his signature, if, he hasn’t signed on with anyone YET then would we WANT him back in the side. It’s been said he showed no remorse for his wrong doings and if that’s the case ‘on ya bike’ and thanks for the year of great rugby, now, if he were to accept help for the obvious problems in his life and openly show he’s sorry for what he did would we be happy to see him in our beloved shirt again for me I say yes but with a tonne of conditions attached. Is this possible or is the lad a lost cause?
what doesn't kill me simply makes me...stranger.

Re: Hardaker
I think and hope we have found his replacement in trueman.
Only played 2 games in dire conditions but as grasped the opportunity with both hands.
Zak as had his chance with us, like as been said, he’s shown no remorse.
Let him go to Toronto, we’ve moved on.
Tbh I don’t think he’d want to come back to us.
He’s history in my eyes.
I will say this, he was a massive part of our great season 2017.

Re: Hardaker
We have sacked him though. That means severing any ties/obligations/control/responsibilities from either party.TT Tiger wrote:Maybe we have retained his playing registration for the length of time of the contract as we are untitled to do and if nobody buys his registration he can only play for us for the 4 years that he signed for.
Re: Hardaker
Recent photos I’ve seen of him look like he’s put on a bit of timber too. He might go down the Tyson Fury route over the next 2 years if he lacks dedication.

How do you work out August after 14 months though? Do you mean August 2019?

If true then would be available to begin training End of Dec2018/start of Jan 2019.Scoopage wrote:Hearing 14 month ban so can play again in August
I doubt it is true. Think it is more likely 18 months minimum.

If there’s nothing on him how did he fail.lurcher wrote:I heard its 14 months and to be announced Monday. seems the dope test squad had nothing on him but cas shopped him and said he'd admitted every thing.
Also the club and Zak need to take WADA to book if they got it wrong.
Both party’s were affected by an incorrect results, that’s if they are incorrect.
Cas disrupted due to Zak being banned for the grand final, Zak having his name dragged into the gutter. Defamation of character.
