Like all things, it depends on the source.Casforthecup wrote:Probably nobody ...Twitter isn't that reliable really.
The source here is the players agent, and the guy is probably the #1 RL agent in this country now.

Usual lad has told me it's hush hush until announced but only name I've heard is Alex Foster. Not a dead cert though.

Re: New signing??
Castleford Tigers have recruited well this off-season, but they’ve found space for one more addition to their squad in the shape of a well-respected talent.

Re: New signing??
Is he a star for the future or will he be fighting for a place now?? whats his main position and where can he cover??
Dont know much about the guy but hes 23/24 year old by looks so is at an age where he should be fighting for a place from the off.

Started at Leeds, had a season at London, went to fev, back to London then to Bradford. He could be like meeks, around 96kg now will bulk up, learn under DP and become a better player. I'd say he's back up centre/ back rower. Has much more experience than Egodo, Gill, Fitzsimmons so would probably be ahead of those guys. Could say he's come in to compensate the loss of Robson & Westerman.

Re: New signing??
not knocking you here moley mate as a lot say the same. but I don't think we give enough credit to danny, ryan, and the rest of the background staff for player improvement.Casmoley wrote:old cas lass wrote:Centre/second row.Normy-Tiger wrote:Is he a star for the future or will he be fighting for a place now?? whats his main position and where can he cover??

Oh without doubt mate, it's a team game on and off the field. DP doesn't just get who he wants on the field he gets the guys around him also. Steve Gill needs to take massive raps too for trusting the guys and going out and getting who they want.
Re: New signing??
And Casper doing a great job with the 19s 4 former GB half backs in the coaching set up. is it any wonder we are the best side to watch?Casmoley wrote:lurcher wrote:not knocking you here moley mate as a lot say the same. but I don't think we give enough credit to danny, ryan, and the rest of the background staff for player improvement.Casmoley wrote:old cas lass wrote:Centre/second row.Normy-Tiger wrote:Is he a star for the future or will he be fighting for a place now?? whats his main position and where can he cover??
