Re: Lewis Tierney
I think it would make sense. At Wigan he will be 3rd choice fullback after Tomkins and Hampshire and 4th choice winger. We need another fullback/winger as I don't think(hope) Tansey will be here next season and Dorn isn't get younger and suspect to injuries. So hope it is true

Re: Lewis Tierney
He was utter garbage in the Whitehaven/Workington game! Liability at that level never mind SL.
The French kid 'haven had who's dad is the Catalans chairman looked a handy player though.

Are you suggesting we are looking at him because he is a director of our kit supplier?lurcher wrote:good pedigree
Re: Lewis Tierney
It is, but it's not very often that a son of a world class world famous player, makes the grade in the same sport. Unfortunately they are on a hiding to nothing to start with and cannot win, whatever they do. I can think of a few players we have had, whose dads were absolutely top of the range, but never remotely made the grade.lurcher wrote:good pedigree
I have to be honest and say I have only seen LT 2 or 3 times, so can't really make too much of a judgement on him. However I didn't see anything in him above the ordinary in what bit I did see.
So I said to the Taxi driver, "King Edwards Close". He replied "It's alright we'll lose him at the next set of lights".
