Pause for thought
Pause for thought
Could not help but notice the badge on John Wells lapel last night. (State of mind ) Well done John for flying the flag for this terrible illness that ruins people's lives. If only people would communicate with others about the problems they are facing. It's a long road to walk alone but a lot easier with friends and family by your side. Help is out there so go and get it for everyone's sake. The problem is this illness is not visible and people just don't know if anything is wrong so just carry on regardless. If you are in trouble ask for help there's nothing to be embarrassed about. There seems to be a stigma attached to mental health issues don't be afraid to raise your hand for help. Get better get your life back for you family and friends. :hand:
Re: Pause for thought

Great post.
Life can be a struggle for all of us at times. I've learned to never underestimate what someone in the workplace may be going through and how the simplest of conversations can help keep a person safe from harm.
