That is a VERY thin squad, experience-wise. Take it you wouldn’t keep Clarkson either? The youngsters / inexperienced players shouldn’t be in the first 24 squad placings and I include Aston in that.
I forgot to add that we need a few in to replace the ones i'd release. I've heard Clarkson is looking elsewhere as it was just till the end of the season gig for him.
Can't see Mitch clark in there either

Rankin is missing (consequence of Wardle staying at Hudds) and Olpherts if the rumour is correct.

We need another forward to replace Clark and Clarkson - I wonder if we will make a play for Westerman with a view to moving Jesse/Moors into the front row. Westy was awesome out wide for us.

Westerman won't come happy where he is

And he isn't staying at Hull unless things change soon because he's asked for "silly" money.

Decent starting 17 if everybody's fully fit id also have Westerman or player of that ability at 13 and can't have Mautaitia as my starting full back next season

Off contract and hasn’t been offered a new one yet. If he’s asking for too much Hull may move on. Already said they are looking at NRL forwards.

If Joe as grown up I would have him back in an heart beat, a few years ago fans kept reporting that he was hitting the high life most weekends , if he as settled down he would be a great asset , money talks its a commodity we don't have enough of to compete with the clubs with the big backers

He's got 3 kids now. He hasn't time for that life anymore. Still drinks, but what players doesn't.

I wonder what the twist in the tale is.

Castleford Tigers director of rugby Jon Wells has opened up on speculation linking the club with a Wigan Warriors player.
In the opposite direction, Mitch Clark has already agreed a deal with Wigan for next season, but there could be a twist in the tale.
