Derrell Olpherts

Also says Rankin/Wardle swap deal has been extended for another year - not permanent just a continuation of the loan deal.

If it is Olpherts then I'll be very disappointed. Defensively weak. No better than what we have. Would be well behind Minikin and Clare. Played against him at amateur level and he was nothing special. Very surprised he's even made it this far.

Total waste of wells effort if he's perusing blokes that are barely better than what we've got crowd was about 2,500 to 3,000 down on what we could have expected on Friday if he needs some clues

Rather persevere with Egodo on wing.

I am starting to seriously doubt the people making these decisions.

Is he the same guy who played for Sharlston Rovers and Thornhill Trojans??

Exactly. This is hardly gonna get the 2,500 supporters back who missed Fridays game....unless it’s to replace someone???

In fact if this actually happens i’ll be livid. A winger no better than what we have and a bang average jack of all trades that uses up a quota spot. It would beggar belief.

How much cap do fans think we will have to sign superstars?

If we lose Clarkson, Maher, Gill and Egodo who can we sign with their wages that can improve us?

Unless we can also get rid of Clare and Ellis who are in contract, or Minikin doesn't stay.

Other rumour is Millo retiring early............... get that on rumour page!

When people say we've gone backwards since 2017, this is the kinda bullsh** they mean.

Signings in the last 2 years have been uninspiring. We've only finally managed to sign Blair because we were desperate and the powers above realised their money saving scheme of putting Minikin in the centre backfired spectacularly. Just like the fullback fiasco.

I know we don't have the funds of Warrington and Saints, but by god be smart in recruitment and bring in half decent player's who will compliment the team. Really feels like we're being linked with anyone whos remotely coming to the end of their contract.

I am a very worried fan right now. Were soon to be left behind just when we were starting to build something.

The reason we don’t have enough cap available is the fact we keep stockpiling crap players. Continuing down that path is not acceptable.

Not disagreeing, but the fact is unless we pay off players like we did Benny what realistically can we do?

Millo’s early retirement has been discussed for a few weeks at least.
I really do think that we have as good a squad as any other club, but at the moment we’ve got half the salary cap sat in the stands.

Olpherts looks lively every time I've seen him play  Rather they go after Burgess though.

as fans we all wont our team to win week on week, the players that as took the field over the recent weeks have not let us down look at the margin of points a rub of the green and we would have 6 points in the bag, have a look at the bottom of the table there are clubs there with the money they have spent should be well In front of us, we are CAS we still in times like this punch over our weight, to keep moaning is not the answer when things are going bad this is the time to get behind the lads, COME ON YE FORD
