Worse thing about how bad were playing at moment if both hookers and not had brain farts against leeds and Hudds we would be on 16 points. St helens or Warrington will be only on sixteen after tonight so maybe still hope for season .I would throw every thing at challenge cup are best chance off major final if bit off luck in draw

Cannot see how being 3rd with 4 extra point means the season is still alive when right now you are saying, after 10 games it’s over... have you actually thought about what you are posting?

Re: League table looks good...
It's a long season(too long, loop fixtures are an absolute joke and should be scrapped, with the extra space used for rep fixtures, internationals, and giving players bodies time to heal... but thats this whole other thing).
No trophies in April. What matters is we stay in the top 5, keep in the hunt for the top 3, and get really, really good right around September.
I dunno if we will be, but if the last 2 years have taught us anything it's that tearing up the League in the first half of the season does not indicate how a team will go when it matters.

That's all well and good but under the top 5 system no side as made the final from outside the top 2. No way even at our very best could I envisage us going to Saints or Wire in a big game and getting a win. To have a chance against these outstanding sides we would need to be on home turf, meaning finishing in the top 2.Squaddie86 wrote:It's a long season(too long, loop fixtures are an absolute joke and should be scrapped, with the extra space used for rep fixtures, internationals, and giving players bodies time to heal... but thats this whole other thing).
