Re: London next week
Anyone seen Greg edens Instagram, hes put a photo of his knee on there, they are a right mess. Them sort of plastic pitches should be banned or against health and safety.

Re: London next week
Up to now I have been pretty disappointed with Rankins involvement in matches , he doesn't seem to get the right edge moving at all. Really thought he would give us a real running threat, hopefully Shabba will improve as the season progresses.
Re: London next week
They will have to wear miners knee pads, I've got an old pair he can borrow.
Re: London next week
I suggest some knockers rewind their match recording and just watch Sticks,.See how many drives he does from ahh and the number of metres he gains

Re: London next week
Some people just appear to have said it out of the blue and as usual it sticks as a rumour.Fumper27 wrote:Where are the rumours that we’ve signed Gelling??

Re: London next week
Or release Clark. Give him to fax for season.
Gelling goes straight into centre for me if it's true but I don't believe it is. Minikin to wing and Clare out. Minikin still needs to get a bit bigger for me. He is a solid player but needs some spark about him to make a break.

Re: London next week
Iv only seen flow saying we have signed gelling nobody else, if true clare drops n minikin goes on wing.
CLASSY CAS FOREVER
Re: London next week
Don’t quite get why people are getting exited about the prospect of signing Gelling (if true). Seems to be a nice guy and all that and he is not a bad player but imo no more than that, not bad but not exceptional either. For me Minikin looks fine at centre (his natural position) and he will only get better. If I have any doubts they would be about Clare who I think is dependable but perhaps a squad man rather than first choice. I think I would be more excited about a class winger, leaving Minikin where he is.
I’m not sure I believe the Gelling thing anyway, I think Daryl is sees Minikins potential and will persevere with him.

Re: London next week
having watched Gelling over the years the lad is steady but as never set the world on fire, if the club as money waiting to be spent I think they should hang fire till some one comes along with the WOW factor, over the years it as happened time and time again top drawer players become available for one reason or the other

Re: London next week
Glad we got the win, I was indeed at Sale as I mentioned and to add insult to injury, Denny scored. A very mixed day!mdean wrote:Bit of a quandary for me this week, I like Danny Ward, have spent some laughs at the Trailfinders and I don't want London to finish bottom.
BUT, I want us at the top more than my feelings for London. (Confession is I will be at a work event watching Kick and Clap - Wasps and Sale - Might be able to "cheer on" Denny.
I think this is a danger game for us, crap travel, new surface, week off, could be sloppy and London set their stall out in round 1 that they can win if we play badly. We should have enough, but no short cuts.
