If he's not been chosen for tonight I don't see any harm in him going and getting minutes at Halifax.

I would've liked to have seen him play but who do you drop out of the forwards?

Very tough selection decisions for Powell to make - but can only be a good thing.

He's not in my 17 anyway so as long as we call him back when needed it's fine.

Watts
McShane
Millington
McMeekan
Jesse
Milner

Massey
Moors
Cook
Foster

Is my first choice pack for tonight

i thought this would be a big breakthrough season for mitch. wonder if powell thinks he hasn't been giving 100% in training and is giving him a wake up call. there'll be a good reason behind it, just hope he responds in the right way.

Wasn't in mine either, but equally wouldn't have been disappointed to see him play. It's good that we have these options

Probably just wants to keep him match fit for when he's called upon

Is it a minimum of 4 weeks loan? Thats worrying as if we get an injury or 2 in the forwards then Clark was next in line imo

I cannot understand these short term loan deals. He should be playing tonight IMO.

I can see the sense in keeping him fit by playing for Halifax but in my opinion he should be on the bench for us tonight.i don’t doubt Powell has a plan

Massey would sooner see Clark over him any time

Massey is one of the most underrated players we have, the amount of work he does.more times than not he’s the forward who drives it in and we score from the very best play.

Thought Mitch haf just gone to Fax on dual reg so no problem about him being there for a month as we can bring him back at any point.
