Is it Gary Hetherington left, back row. Bob Spurr bottom right. Is it Foster bottom row third from right? These names are suggestions not certs!

Yes its Gary Hetherington, bottom right is Steve Cockroft and bottom row third from right is Garry Smith father of Chris.

Looks like Alan Hardy with his hand on the ball, and Steve Couch as sub at right hand side??

Didn't Pete Downham play for Fryston U19's, not Cas?

He played with me in Fryston U17s and then Cas U19s whilst being signed on with Cas

Mick shepherd and Paul briers was in the year above me at school.
Mick was a right speed merchant, fastest lad in the school.
Both were good rugby players.

Agree mate. He coached me when I was between ages 9-11 still sad him in the gym twice a week at 6am training hard.
