Jack wasn't offered a new contract so he was a free agent. Quite a number of academy lads have been snapped up by championship clubs,my view on it is they know it's going to be harder for them with no duel reg and a reserve competition on the horizon.Nobody wrote:Another youngster gone. Good luck to jack he had a terrible run of injuries last year,hope he goes well.

Yes cas only sign 2 of the year 3s the rest relised not everyone will make the grade

It's not always a bad thing to take a step backwards,some very good players have been released that have come back a better player for it. The key is having the opportunity to stay in the game wether it nl1 or championship as there is a pathway back not that all players want full time rugby.
