Won’t it be a bit late?

Promises made to have them at the start of the following season have not been adhered to.
It’s difficult looking at a financial year that started in December 2016.

The only numbers seen were the headline given in September ( and it would be nice to celebrate such a great year)
An update on ground and the shares issued is always good.
That said a morning meeting does not suit those working .
A return to an evening would allow those to attend.

I think your saying robbo there's a sinister reason why there's not going to be a AGM
Can't think why really

Robbo, as a relative newbie on here there always seems to be an ulterior motive when you post, spit it out, what are you alluding to?

I agree. Not sure why he’s always looking to criticise or make out he’d do things different?!?

I think Robbo lobbies the wrong people. Doing it on here is clearly designed to cause unrest.
Maybe he needs to email Ian Fulton rather than a collection of largely anonymous supporters.

If somebody puts summat that's having a go at the club I think that's fair enough you can get shot down in flames but least you made your point
Its leaving cryptic messages that are infering summats up but nobody's quite sure what that's confusing

Do you think Fulton will listen/care/respond to anyone never mind Robbo? He has control of the club so can do what he chooses. The way he got control is very questionable too.

Yes that’s a good idea, then we can all find out, re morning or afternoon for the AGM, I have been to both, and it was good to see different people at the morning meeting, better idea to evening one year, morning the other, then it doesn’t favour one group of people.

Why do people think I am being difficult?
When the club wanted to sell shares I and others bought them.

It’s just a question because in my view it shows courtesy to shareholders to update them.
It becomes rather pointless to discuss the season before the season just ended.
It has been put in record the club would hold the meeting at the start of a new season to bring us together in what the club is aiming for.

I have been a life member for 30 years and a shareholder since before that.
I commented that the club had a great financial year .
Sorry but there was nothing negative.

Hi Robbo
I don't doubt your loyalty, we all share it. But did you pose the original question because you want a genuine answer, or you think someone else has the answer but you've not been notified, or that you're making a veiled criticism of the club for not having one, or to canvass further support in your "agenda" with the current management?

So as a shareholder of the club, have you asked the question to the chairman as to why it hasn't been or when the AGM is to be held? Cannot understand why you would post on here whinging like my daughter to people who cannot supply you with the answers.

It was said in early September we would have one by the Chairman.
My question is valid.
I have no Agenda.

November next week so earliest it can be is mid month.
Please remember that the club is owned by shareholders.
Communication is nil

Hopefully it will come

I don't have any dealings with the club now but everyone I talk to is happy with the way the club is being run
I'm not saying your wrong about the club not wanting to be open about things it just would seem a strange position for them to take

As a shareholder you (and perhaps other shareholders who are of the same mind) should be raising this with the board/Club. As others have pointed out there's absolutely zero point posting about it on here!

Why not Digger dave?

Do you think that none of the shareholders have mentioned it then Digger?

This kind of scenario is exactly what happens when one person is in control of everything.

Whoever it was that agreed to an AGM has not delivered. To then not give any communication to the shareholders, if that is the case, is very poor but expected. Is this just very poor management or is there something in it? Who knows?
