Dream Team - SL Website

Post by HuddsTigers » 25 Sep 2018, 13:08

In a bid to address the imbalance of Saints fans' voting for their own players while, everyone else splits votes across the other 3, figured I'd share these.

The Super League website have been posting up 4 contenders for each position to build the fans' Team of the Year. Vote for our very own here:

Macca - http://www.rugby-league.com/superleague ... ooker-pick
Truey - http://www.rugby-league.com/superleague ... -half-pick
Shenny - http://www.rugby-league.com/article/534 ... ntre-picks

Share the links, get others to vote, and let's get some Cas lads top of the pile!

We weren't bothered about an imbalance last season when we walked the regular season and smashed all dream teams

Mainly because they didn't do this last year and we weren't arsed (and everyone voted for us).

There is no way that Louie McCarthy Scarsbrook is the best loose forward in the division (Our League app poll)

I think we have three Bona Fida candidates
Paul Mcshane
Liam Watts
Adam Milner.
possibly only one may make the list

Jake Trueman should get young player of the year though.
Bateman for Man of Steel (man of Feathers when he gets up to play the ball though)

McShane has to be the number 9. Most tackles and most assists in the league. The guy has been unreal. Carried us through with no Gale where Roby has had massive help all year.
