Re: returning players
I'd defo give Webster a run this week, personally think we have missed him (which is a little concerning if we don't get a suitable replacement). He was superb when he came on against Wigan and surely DP isn't going to leave him out for the rest of the season??StevieTheTV wrote:1 - Mata'utia

I wouldn't drop Clare for Minikin, he's been playing well.

Re: returning players
Play Minikin at centre if he's fit and leave Clare on the wing.Dont see Webster playing again to be honest but hope I'm wrong.

I'd start adz. He can set the tone with his hits, aggression and speed.
Loving how DP has options now.

Don't think he'll get a look unless injuries take hold.Tamworth Tiger wrote:Interesting that Q is still in the frame for the last few games

See how jake goes if hes going good this might be a good time to let benny run at 9 and macca to have abit of a rest.

Re: returning players
Reckon Jake Webster may be overlooked this week, with Greg Minikin returning, given that he’s going to be centre in 2019, going on DPs interview. Tough choices for Darryl, with Jesse almost certain to feature, if fully fit. Good problem to have, especially as whatever the result on Thursday, we’re in the semi finals.

seriously are you saying we have a better centre in webster but he wont be picked because we wont to see how minikin goes for next year ...i cant believe some of the thinking on here

Re: returning players
in last weeks game stats clark made 94 metres from 9 carries which is pretty impressive for the time he was on.thinks sticks will be unlucky to miss out as he hasn't let us down.

Re: returning players
Lets get on with what's best for the side for this year , can't understand why Webster is being overlooked when he is the best centre at the club. Next year will take care of itself.tigerfeat wrote:seriously are you saying we have a better centre in webster but he wont be picked because we wont to see how minikin goes for next year ...i cant believe some of the thinking on here

The returning players need gametime even though its tough in others who have stepped up. Clark and sticks to miss out.

Re: returning players
Agree. Shame Sticks was hauled off, poor recognition for the contribution which was worth a potential 12 points. I'd have taken Webster off and let Greg have 10 mins in centre, if centre is his future.mart0042 wrote:JSL and minikin played a few minutes, tough on sticks he had a stormer.lurcher wrote:well they didn't.mart0042 wrote:The returning players need gametime even though its tough in others who have stepped up.
