Strange one picking Maher, thought he couldn't play with him playing for Halifax last week, he is probably in just to make the 19 up.

We look to be really struggling in the pack and down on numbers, we certainly can't afford for any others to go down or we will have to throw a few of the 19s in.

It seems there has been a change to the rules as we know in that it only applies if the player has played less than 5 games on dual reg for that club. As soon as they play for a club they can’t play for anyone else.

As such, anyone playing 5 or more games is eligible for both clubs as long as they aren’t in the same comp after regular season.

This means Maher can play for us AND Fax and Briscoe can play for Fev AND Leeds. This is from the Operational Rules.

Thanks HT for clearing that up. I would therefore certainly have Maher on the bench or even him starting as the extra prop like he did against Wigan at home.
