This guy has been ripping teams to shreads down the middle every time he plays. Tonight Daryl brought him on after 14 minutes of the second half and took him off 8 minutes later and never returned! What the hell?

Agree. Whe. We went 2 converted tries down I was screaming for Clark to come on and mix things up.

He incurred the wrath of DP by giving a penalty away under the posts..........subsequently taken off

didnt see him taking off webster or mcshane for all the high and cheap shots that cost us trys....or ellis for just about everything he didnt get right.....but a kid with heart trying his best gets hooked off really showed DP again as a coach who sees nothing wrong with his favourites ....perhaps he should take a closer look at where the real culprits of our abject 'performance' came from and give the kid a break......

So DP was mad about someone giving 2 points away but ok with the left edge defence letting in 4 tries, unbelievable.

I’d like to think he wasn’t taken off for that. All players will give penalties away...

I really felt for Mitch and he was clearly disappointed at getting hooked and didn’t want to go off. The player was falling in the tackle and he caught him high as he was going down. Bit of an unlucky one for mine. It sometimes appears that the regular untouchable players in our team get a lot more leeway than some of the newbies.

correct Daytona you could see young mitch was beating himself up over giving the penalty away so there was no need to bring him off as he knew he'd done wrong. in fact if he'd been left on he's the type of player that would have bust a gut to make up for his mistake.

That's not good from Powell if he did that the real culprits when we were 12 zip up and in total control were macca and Webster stupid swinging arms letting them get a foothold in the game and having a laugh about it at the same time

he does it regularly. He has his favourites. Green was taken off at St Helens because it was the easy option.

Or junior moors for yet another week pretending to be a halve and throwing yet more crap passes and dropping off tackles

He did the same with green against Saints, look how he went after that

Thats just bo**ox but if it was due to that we should have had about 4 players on the field.

TBH DP and his decisions sometimes is getting on my [REMOVED] and im fed up of it. Dont care what anybody says about him and what hes done.

Some players can just seem to do no wrong and others get dropped and subbed for looking the wrong way.

Or could it be that after 63 minutes we had used all of our 10 substitutions????

There is a definite trend here. Subs on the bench either playing short minutes or not at all. Can't do their confidence any good. If they are not good enough then why are they on the bench? I think this is a valid/reasonable question. Didn't see the match last night, but we'll done Huddersfield.

I would agree. Clark would have been more useful than Shenton or Ellis last night if we’d shuffled the team about and catered for it. Or, instead of Moors or Holmes even!

Daryl does have a problem some times I can’t work it out myself re the unused sub? It’s almost a disadvantage!

What is also very clear is that DP can’t talk well after a loss. He really struggles with his usual unflappability after a defeat. Watch.
