Phil clarke cops a lot but he got it spot on when he was talking about powell before tonights match playing without no reconised full back and missing main man luke gale most of season you could add last years top try scorer as well and still in top four and second favourite to win grand final tells you why everybody in cas cant have dp leaving

what a great idea to let matt do an update with all the details of injuries, the causes and the projected return dates.
pleased with the news about jy as he said he was gutted he would never wear the cas shirt again. hope he can so we can all give him the applause he deserves.

Great update - need to keep that going please. Every 2 to 3 weeks would be great.

Good update from the club just about the right info.

Would I be wrong in feeling that letting the opposition know the injury as they may target it? I'm sure clubs would be thorough enough to say "he's back from injury with a strain/ break on a limb, so he'll struggle on his right/ left side so attack him on that side and in defence test the area with a twist or pull? Or is that just a comprehensive pre brief?

How are you Moley?

Probably took him 30 minutes max to do that (and got satisfaction from it)

When I was at (Cas High) school that worked out about 15 minutes a week if it was done every 2 or 3 weeks ... I've just looked up "forever" in the dictionary and it states that it's a bit more than 15 minutes - or have read that wrong?

If that is accurate, I doubt we'll see him in a Cas shirt again.

Recovered from leg injury and then torn his pec. Wasn't he on instagram through Gale or someone benching some stupidly high kg weights recently?

I wouldn't think that players decide what weights to lift. It's a specialist business using weights.

I've always said Ben Roberts body is too toned. He clearly wants the perfect look, which is fine. But maybe sometimes he pushes his body too far, and maybe it's not the right thing for this sport.
