Win our 2 games in hand over Hull after their loss today and we will be 6 points clear of them. I know there is still 12 games left (for Hull) but having a 6 point buffer on 5th place going into Super 8s could do us a world of good.

As well as this win our next 2 and we go joint 2nd with Wigan.

Could be more. Hull still have to play Saints, Wakey and Hudds in their run up along with Widnes and KR.

Looks like at least 4 wins on paper but given their injuries and inconsistency, who knows?

We have a great chance either way and the good thing is that it’s firmly in the hands. The players have to want it though.

Agreed. We are in the position to make it work. With our easier run in until the split we need to make it count. Could be 5 wins clear of Leeds and 3 wins clear of Hull after next Sunday. Would be nice to have a bit of breathing space.
