Till the end of the year is about right. He's probably not good enough longer term with his age but let's face it, we are desperate.

Spent 7 or 8 years playing against championship opposition but no other SL took a punt on him .....

Had a release clause in his contract regarding SL clubs.MØL wrote:What have we given Halifax for this? Can't see anything.

He's a short term option. At 33, I hope so anyway...Mr XP wrote:Spent 7 or 8 years playing against championship opposition but no other SL took a punt on him .....

Just thinking the same, 34 in December, so not long term.Gives us more time to find a player for 2019.Leeds tiger wrote:Till the end of the year is about right. He's probably not good enough longer term with his age but let's face it, we are desperate.

Don’t think we’ll be seeing much of Webster, heard he as a possible season ending injury, hope it’s not true.jackknife wrote:That puts our back line back to something normal

Def a short term option. He'll get us through 2018 with an actual fullback and less players out of position.KB80 wrote:He's a short term option. At 33, I hope so anyway...Mr XP wrote:Spent 7 or 8 years playing against championship opposition but no other SL took a punt on him .....

Hope not, would be horrible for the great beast to end it like that. Any news on his actual injury?old cas lass wrote:Don’t think we’ll be seeing much of Webster, heard he as a possible season ending injury, hope it’s not true.jackknife wrote:That puts our back line back to something normal
