What has happened

Post by fast hands » 19 Apr 2018, 15:18

This Forum seems to have lost all purpose. One day before we play Wigan and nothing. It used to be full of information that posters could have a good banter about, but there only seems to be the same usual suspects regurgitating the same old stories.
No information from the spies, no information what the players are doing, how bad or good referees are, only speculation from a few.
This was the best forum in Rugby League and now it seems to be dying a death. Come on Cas fans give your views, whether fabricated or not, let this forum get back to being number one. COYF.

I think the forum is dying too, people just use the Tigers RLFC Facebook forum which had 14,000 members nearly. Real names.
It’s sad I like this place

The answer is fairly simple, this forum was more active when there were loads to moan about! As we're not doing to bad now folk have got nowt to moan about do don't bother.

Not too bothered missen and I'll still keep nipping on as usual.

Yes - bang on. Case in point - HuddsTiger. The "few" who hounded him out should hang their heads in shame.

Spot on again

I would hate to think this place goes the way of Castigers RL.Fans forum, as for the Facebook "Tigers RL Forum"' or whatever it calls itself this week, I can't spake! :-& :-& :-&

People aren't allowed to know anything. They need proof or they are talking rubbish according to loads on here. Hudds new a lot and people didn't like him for it.

Spell something wrong and it's end of world on here. People get on at you.

Post an article and people kick off instead of just scrolling passed it.

Just a few reasons people are leaving.

Today is the first time I’ve looked at the forum for a couple of weeks.
The most popular threads have turned into:
1. Betting on horses. Im just not interested.
2. Attempts by an individual poster to promote his own external website, posting links to it on every thread possible. Admin made him a thread to put them all on (which I have no issues with) but I got fed up of him posting the same link on a number of threads. It’s against the AUP but he seems to be allowed to do it.
Yes, I could always choose to ignore these. But when they are more or less the only content then there isn’t much left to actually read, so it’s not worth even visiting regularly.
