Eh, its 7 days since they played. Earliest is 6 so should be fine unless its more serious.

Powell needs to start getting some consistency out of the boys, this playing half a game must be addressed, the attitude needs to change and a few players must be worried about their places. Moors looks like being out and to be fair hasn't looked like half the player he was in previous seasons and I wouldn't have picked him anyway, Milner needs pulling to one side about the stupid penalties he is giving away so I would leave him out also.
Time for Powell to shake things up a little and maybe give some other squad members a chance and leave a few fresh for the Friday nite journey to Wigan. I'd go with
1.Trueman
2.Minikin
3.Webster
4.Shenton
5.Lo ( others have had a chance lets see if he is up to this level)
6.Roberts
7.Gale
8.Watts
9.McShane
10.Massey
11.McMeeken
12.Wardle
13.Foster
Bench
14.Ellis( need his kicking game if bad conditions again, couldn't understand why he played no part against Wire)
15.Cook
16.Millington
17.Springer.

Gives Holmes a game off in preparation for Wigan. Shame Clark as gone back to Fev as I would have liked him to be given a go also.

We need to find that 2017 form. Hope this is the game to get us back to it.

I want to see a Cas by 20 win. Be nice to push away in the second half for a bigger win though.

we were spoiled last year with the brand of football on show , this year the games we have won the damage as been done in the first half, in the second half we have looked far from comfortable, is it a fitness thing ?? are we using our subs correctly ?? , I am looking forward to seeing Jesse back he seems to be MR Motivator , I will go with a CAS win 28-10 it looks like the weather is set fare so a crowd just under 8,000 should be achievable

As much as I am hoping the same I don't think the weather conditions will allow it. The groundsman must be pulling his hair out with the moisture

At this stage of the season all that counts is getting the two points on offer. Its how we are playing at the end of the season that counts. Get enough points to get into the top four and then hit top form!

I agree Saints missed the GF by a whisker last season but only won 4 of their first 11 games

I think we're in a good position right now. We've at least 2 games in hand over everyone above us bar WIgan i believe. We're going under the radar which is also nice, Saints taking the spotlight off us quite nicely IMO. Standard of teams in the 8 at the minute seems to be alot better this year than last, Wigan and Warrington both improving and Wakefield giving everyone a game. Regarding last season, Saints started too slow if anything and left too much to do back end of the year. Genuinely believe had they beaten us in the semi, they would of beaten Leeds and won the GF.

If Catalans play as good as they did in the first half against Wigan and can maintain it for the second half, we are in for a hard game !

Or, if we play like we did in the first half v hudds, and play for 80 mins, then Catalans are in trouble.

I've always been a fan of Greg Bird. He's old school and glues a side together.

Had his best days but they will miss him on Sunday.

on form there is no reason why CAS should not win this, but lets not count our chickens, Catalan are going to win a few games during the season lets make sure its not this week
