First half vs Second half

It is not only defensively where we "switch off". I think it is only 3 tries in total scored in the second half of our last 5 matches.

It worries me as well really, I do think it's a mental issue which can be sorted though.

Just annoying in two places IMO. It’s relevant to this thread so I have no issue with it here, but we don’t need it in the other thread too in that case.
I think Admin have been very generous giving him a dedicated thread to publish his work that is on an external website.

Notts I respect a lot of your posts, I have you better than nit picking on trivial things, like where a certain post should be.
Yes he as a dedicated sticky but some time you forget and want to join in with other posts.
There’s loads of post that go off topic, not really a life or death issue is it.

I think I just dislike links to other sites. I’d be more inclined to read it if it was ‘copied and pasted’ directly into the thread too.
Just getting a bit too OTT for me, the regularity and duplication.

Block him then so his posts won’t show to you.

There’s plenty of posters that duplicate what they say, in various topics/threads and others who regularly link to other sites too namely sky sports/bbc/Twitter.

The thing is, I quite like the articles. I enjoy reading them, but I find the frequency a bit OTT.

Callum has every right to post that in here. He didn't start a topic, just added to this one for the posters who don't read his topic. People need to lay off him a bit.

As for first half vs second half.... We need to sort it sooner rather than later.

I think 1 big win for us will be a turning point. 1 massive performance. Hopefully Sunday.

back on topic, I agree with what most are saying about 2nd halves but DP is not the type of coach that over dramatizes it at half time whether we are winning or losing. he does all the work through the week and in the pre-match talk. FWIW I thought shudds attacked really well in the 2nd half and would have scored those tries against most sides, especially when we were down to 12 men.

Most teams are going to have a purple patch at least once in a game. We've shown that ours is electric and scoring loads of points. We've shown we are defensively better than the opposition when they have theirs. Apart from saints, the wire match was a freak game.
