Re: Elland Rd tickets.. help
Still no tickets arrived yet. Just been told they will be arriving on team bus!
Re: Elland Rd tickets.. help
Team won't be there until 5.30-6pm....
For the sake of 25mins why on earth didn't someone drive there with them this afternoon?
Hope you all get sorted and your tickets in time....

P**s up and brewery spring to mind. Had weeks to sort this out and still fans are stuck with no tickets. Very poor service all round.
Hope you all get sorted folks and enjoy the game.

Re: Elland Rd tickets.. help
Tickets were meant to be going off sale at 12 noon. Pure incompetence and no organisation at all from the club

The truth is that the kit man was supposed to bring them over for 4pm but forgot them.... I waited an hour and gave up. Go back later.
Embarrassing.

Yes. To accept that kind of tripe is to become part of the problem.Lofthouse Tiger wrote:Do you really expect anything else chaps?
I understand that the club is on an improvement curve but at times it's like a carry on film. Fortunately. I can giggle about it.

It's an absolute shambles.
If you make a public statement that you will have tickets at 3pm then make sure you hit those targets.
As for the kit man forgot it. I don't by into that at all. I emailed the club at 4pm.to which I received some lame excuse about reconciling sales to ticket numbers. They were not available to send to Leeds because the club were still selling them at 3pm not the 12noon they previously advised.
Under promise over deliver.
If tickets were being sold until mid afternoon. Then fine but don't state a time then basically ignore it.

Re: Elland Rd tickets.. help
It stuns me in this day and age that e-ticketing for matches isn’t standard. I live well away from all Superleague grounds and for weekday matches in particular make my decision on whether to go based on things like workload, weather and travel conditions on the day. We have season tickets so will go the extra mile for home games but these days miss more away than at home as they are rarely on a Sunday and it’s too much of a lottery on if and how you get in on the night.
